I stay at Motel 6 across the street from KFC .Walked there this evening to get a large Coleslaw. After receiving it. Container is came in was barely half full. Had to ask staff member to add more to make it a large Coleslaw I paid for. When I got back to my motel room. Coleslaw barely had any dressing. Was mainly just the Slaw. Barely any dressing VERY DISAPPOINTED. Recommend checking order before leaving. Definitely wasn't worth the little over 5 bucks I had to pay.Especially after walking to get it

was in drive thru at window asked for a reciet was made to go inside then wait for them to cash out everyone in drive thru before I could get a reciet. the food was just OK not super hot for food that just came out of the fryer. I went thru alot to get a reciet. unnecessary stuff. I've worked in the department and knew that it could be printed while there was other orders that it was easy to do if they just paid but was made to wait because the rgm didn't know how to print it before he cleared his board. he rushed to clear his line just to get me a reciet. I really just wanted to know how a 10 piece meal and a 12 piece tender not meal could be over $60 KFC used to be affordable now it's just ridiculously over priced especially when the quality and quantity has gone down the only thing making it worth the price now days is the service and lately it's been crap if there was another chicken place I'd got to it but churches is bland Popeyes is spicy there's no one with nicely seasoned chicken KFC is like the only choice
Another fowl tasting meal. Chicken tasted like it had been sitting all day. Fries old and not good. Happens alot here.

Places was filthy 😢 looks like they don't sweep or mop the counters were gross and they had the music blasting with the manager yelling from the back to the cashier correcting him every chance she got cashier was really nice and helpful and got our order right and even read it back to make sure all with a smile!

Service is horrible! I ordered extra crispy white chicken thru drive thru. I was advised would need to wait 16 mins pull to the front. 20 minutes pass I walk into the restaurant ask for my order I’m told “it will be ready in 5 minutes” I walk outside wait 5 go back inside wait another 5 then for the manager to tell me that there was a miscommunication only dark meat was dropped 😡that she could give me 6 pieces of dark meat or a refund. Keep in mind an 8 piece is $10 on Tuesdays and I had paid $20and change😡 I said I should get the 6 piece and my money back!! She the manager Hollie, said she could not do that!!!! I said give my refund made me wait again while the other employee was at the register checking out other customers. When my turn MANAGER asks me “ Did you pay with cash or card?” I stated card. The manager stated She would have to refund the money in my card. Asked her “ You’re gonna make me walk back to my car to get My card? Continued by saying I cannot give you cash. I walked back to my car to get my card and hand it to the manager. I asked if the refund will show right away on my card? She then states he can take a day!!!!😡 I Said if this was my only money I had to eat tonight, Then I would not be able to eat because of your mistakes tonight😡😡😡 horrible horrible horrible service
