Literally blood on the food. Cashiers hand was cut, if you visited 1/13 around 4pm thereās a big chance thereās blood on your food too. They were made aware and continued to serve customers.

Showed up at 945 on a Friday night and they lied, telling me they were closed. When I mentioned it was not 10 yet he decided to flat out lie to me claiming they had no chicken left. Way to go KFC, you lost a customer for life and believe me, I will spread the word.

Food was hot. Potatoes had an off taste to them fir me, but hubby thought they were fine for being instant potatoes. Gross. Chicken was juicy and tender, but also very greasy, like it had been in the fryer a little too long. Missing and sort of seasoning!!

I feel for the employees. Obviously understaffed. Have one person working the front doing all online, delivery and walk up orders. But they are not very organized. There were 5 orders partially filled sitting on the counter getting cold while waiting for the rest of the food. My chicken was cold by the time I got my food. I waited 35 minutes. Ordered at 4:45 pm and finally got my food at 5:20 pm. I am not exaggerating, I waited a full 35 minutes. Didnāt get any of the sauces I requested with the order or the specialty drink I had paid for but at that point I just wanted to leave. Very disappointing.

Chicken was fresh and juicy, always go for a 2pc extra crispy with Mac and cheese and a biscuit
