Showed up at 945 on a Friday night and they lied, telling me they were closed. When I mentioned it was not 10 yet he decided to flat out lie to me claiming they had no chicken left. Way to go KFC, you lost a customer for life and believe me, I will spread the word.

Food was hot. Potatoes had an off taste to them fir me, but hubby thought they were fine for being instant potatoes. Gross. Chicken was juicy and tender, but also very greasy, like it had been in the fryer a little too long. Missing and sort of seasoning!!

I feel for the employees. Obviously understaffed. Have one person working the front doing all online, delivery and walk up orders. But they are not very organized. There were 5 orders partially filled sitting on the counter getting cold while waiting for the rest of the food. My chicken was cold by the time I got my food. I waited 35 minutes. Ordered at 4:45 pm and finally got my food at 5:20 pm. I am not exaggerating, I waited a full 35 minutes. Didn’t get any of the sauces I requested with the order or the specialty drink I had paid for but at that point I just wanted to leave. Very disappointing.

I stay at Motel 6 across the street from KFC .Walked there this evening to get a large Coleslaw. After receiving it. Container is came in was barely half full. Had to ask staff member to add more to make it a large Coleslaw I paid for. When I got back to my motel room. Coleslaw barely had any dressing. Was mainly just the Slaw. Barely any dressing VERY DISAPPOINTED. Recommend checking order before leaving. Definitely wasn't worth the little over 5 bucks I had to pay.Especially after walking to get it

was in drive thru at window asked for a reciet was made to go inside then wait for them to cash out everyone in drive thru before I could get a reciet. the food was just OK not super hot for food that just came out of the fryer. I went thru alot to get a reciet. unnecessary stuff. I've worked in the department and knew that it could be printed while there was other orders that it was easy to do if they just paid but was made to wait because the rgm didn't know how to print it before he cleared his board. he rushed to clear his line just to get me a reciet. I really just wanted to know how a 10 piece meal and a 12 piece tender not meal could be over $60 KFC used to be affordable now it's just ridiculously over priced especially when the quality and quantity has gone down the only thing making it worth the price now days is the service and lately it's been crap if there was another chicken place I'd got to it but churches is bland Popeyes is spicy there's no one with nicely seasoned chicken KFC is like the only choice
