Food was great, service was great and they lived my dogs I can't ask for more than that....Parking: Right next to the Love's travel stop, plenty of parking and several spots to choose from, they also have drive-thru options as well.....Kid-friendliness: They treat kids with respect and don't bother the parents to worry over their kids, also they allow the kids to just be kids, to many people don't in this Era in time...Wheelchair accessibility: They have accommodations for the disabled people and have plenty of parking spaces available for those who are....
Way too expensive and what we wanted we could not get as it seems when you go in the evening the fryers are always down. I sure hope that is Culver's going up beside you. It's gonna put you out of business. What ever happened to customer service. Wanted a bucket of chicken had to settle for stripes. Purchased nothing else and it came to $28.00.

Wow, what a downfall from years ago. The chicken tenders did not taste good. The crust was great but the texture ofnthe chicken c itself felt in the mouth like it was inflated with water, and supergreasy so much it felt slime. The fries had a good flavor but we're rubbery and stale.The price was incredibly high for what I had bought.

I went to the location on golflinks and Kolb at 8pm- they close at 10- they stated they were out of legs and thighs extra crispy and would not drop any more because they already shut down the fryer to clean it. I understand shutting things down for cleaning maybe half an hour before closing, but 2 hours early? Not how you get people to come back...

It’s worth going into this place. There is this young man who knew so much about the menu and was so welcoming!! Best service in a while.
Service was good. Worker was very nice but unfortunately the chicken was bland. It clearly was missing one or more of the secret recipe ingredients!!I have never tasted KFC like this. The taste is usually unique to all other Fried Chicken but this was so bland. I know they left something out.

I mean food was decent, service felt rushed I couldn’t figure out what I wanted before I had the impatient and unprofessional cashier don’t quote me believe the name was Thomas staring at me and my buddy like we were waisting his time after ordering a 4 piece with Mac and cheese I hear not 2 minutes later “stop touching the macaroni” at this point I’m thinking I’m not eating that macaroni, shortly after another employee came out and both employees were horsing around with spray bottles and throwing trash at each other while another guest was looking for what he wanted to eat. I’ve been working in customer service my whole life and have never given one of my own customers an experience like that. Honestly wouldn’t come back if you offered me everything off the menu for free! Get your crew together!
