Manager on duty is horrible. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The workers told me to pull through due to mobile order issue, and when I got to the next window (as I was told to do) the manager told me she couldn’t find the order and I needed to go through the drive thru all over again. Explained to manager what the previous worker told me, and manager proceeded to roll her eyes and slam the window on me. Extremely rude and nasty. Not good for customer service role.

Came here today with my family to eat after heading back from Tucson. They got my nephews order wrong the first time and when we went to take it back to them, the manager was extremely rude and super unprofessional to one of the girls that works there. You can hear the attitude in her voice and across the restaurant. It made me and others very uncomfortable of how the manager was treating her employees.

Go to today’s date 9/20/25….this location never has orders ready, app orders get parked, and never fails it’s always incorrect… We didn’t even have a difficult order! Disappointed

The servicio was very bad, the lady that was in the cashier didnt know the menu and made me look stupid after trying to get them to fix it,she did fix it but she got mad, they didnt even give us ketchup when i ordered it in the app, wouldnt recomend this mcdonald's🤦🏻♀️.

Good food, great service, but there were three pickles in my burger... asked for extra pickles, got enough for half a colony of ants. Would recommend specifying how many pickles you'd like, but great quality food. Thank you, McDonald's employees for dealing with everybody who orders from you!

Very slow service. I go there frequently around 300 pm after work and i go to the drive through. they always have everyone pull into the wait line even if there are only 2 customers. Other mcdonalds are much faster they are allways slow. I think corporate needs to audit this storeq

I stop at this place for a meal, to my surprise the prices are higher than other McD, the place infested with flies, having to wait for too long for my meal and to make things worse the slander lady with a pierce in her nose at the register had the worst attitude, she shouldn't have any interaction with customers. TRAVELERS.... drive another mile into Benson to Burger King or Wendy's
