Very slow service. I go there frequently around 300 pm after work and i go to the drive through. they always have everyone pull into the wait line even if there are only 2 customers. Other mcdonalds are much faster they are allways slow. I think corporate needs to audit this storeq

I stop at this place for a meal, to my surprise the prices are higher than other McD, the place infested with flies, having to wait for too long for my meal and to make things worse the slander lady with a pierce in her nose at the register had the worst attitude, she shouldn't have any interaction with customers. TRAVELERS.... drive another mile into Benson to Burger King or Wendy's

Thank you for getting your sausage McMuffins right. Every McDonalds burns the muffin and dries them out making them hard. Yours has never been burnt and are nice and soft making them so much more enjoyable.

Usually a busy location, but double-check your bag when you get anything to go because it won't be right. I've been through their drive-thru many times during road trips. This time, I waited 40 minutes on an order with 2 mcdoubles, a 2 cheeseburger meal, 1 mcchicken, and 10 nuggets. No customized orders, no sauces requested - simple. When we asked the manager why we were still waiting at the 20 min mark, she gave a lot of attitude (large white lady) and didn't offer any compensation. Indoor patrons received their food quickly. When the order was "ready" at 30 minutes, it was missing two items and still took 10 more min to complete. This means the order was closed in their system long before the customer was served to keep their average serve time down. Shame on you and thanks for the cold fries.

The establishment is very understaffed and the service was very slow. Some of the food was cold and the restrooms may not be as dirty as the typical gas store, but they weren't great either

Slow af. They constantly make you pull into one of the parking spaces and you’ll wait 10 min for your food even if not a single car is behind you. Food is typically pretty good quality. Plan for your stop to take 15 minutes here, and that’s during off peak hours. Plan for it to be super long during peak hours.
