Love this coffee shop. Great location pull through drive on both sides great idea! Chai latte is always a hit good seasonal drinks as well. Better than Starbuck's.

Update 5/22 I have been coming here since it opened once up to twice a day since its opening for myself, also for drinks for my work place. Purchasing 4 tumblers at 40$ a piece and many more pieces of merch safe to say I've spent my fair share of of money here was happy to do it as I am a big supporter of small businesses and local shopping. So when I saw my card had been double charged I went to fix it thinking it would be a quick opportunity. ( it happens not a big deal) However I was approached with of call your bank I don't know why it did that it doesn't say that here. No offer a discount or a free drink. I very clearly showed the girl my bank statement. It's 5$ so I wasn't to upset until I was met with a bad attitude of o well. Fast forward I still stay loyal to this place, love a lot of the girls here Amanda and Jade I believe are awesome. I still stay loyal because I am about that life. I go in today with one of my tumblers to get a drink I pull up it is the same girl I had a talk about with my card who is a defacto manger when Amanda isn't there I guess. I dump out the leftover liquid (clean) out of my tumbler before pulling up I tried to hand it to her then she tells me she will not take my tumbler it has to be completely dry. I'm sorry for assuming you would take it like the other people have eighteen thousand times. And offered to just give it a quick rinse without the lid of course understandable alright fine, can I still have my discount. She replied yes but only this time. I'm sorry but the constant attitude and lack of customer service from this girl has made it to where I will never go back. Take it as me complaining or whatever but if I have a customer who has spent thousand dollars in the last year on my products I would make an effort to be a little more customer savy.

Ordered a regular monster with Carmel drizzle was handed a monster without specified drizzle when I asked I immediately get the sass attitude "It wasn't on the ticket" now I'm willing to accept you maybe didn't read the ticket another woman took my order and I was very clear when I communicated my specializations, but to look me in the eye say it wasn't on the ticket not oh let me check let me ask so on and so forth..mamm that's just not good customer service.

Very slow, 21 minutes waiting with only one vehicle in front of us. When we did get to the window, instead of taking our order, a person was cleaning the glass . Seemed disorganized, nonchalant and unaware of waiting customers, like it didn't matter. Hot drinks were ordered extra hot, came lukewarm like they had been Sitting around. We would never return or recommend them.

Coffee is good, staff is good. Service is slowest of any drive thru I have ever been to. Don’t know if it’s lack of equipment or staff but not point in having 2 drive up windows if it takes 20 minutes for each car……….

Came here in the morning to get 2 drinks a Carmel Blender and an Iced white mocha. Everything was going good till i got my order and it was a Carmel Crème blender. Then i proceeded to ask if it was coffee because i didn’t order the crème one. She then said no and that i never asked for coffee and didn’t offer to make it with coffee then said sorry and shut the window. So I left and tried to enjoy the drink but it was just nasty I then went back to get a different drink instead (i said nothing of the drink and wasn’t trying to start any problems) i ordered then i heard the girl looking and saying something about me not asking for the coffee and looking at me with a coworker. Very unprofessional and no offer to make my drink right when i brought up that it wasn’t what i asked for.

Drive through coffee stand with very tasty coffee. I had a large black coffee and my wife had an iced caramel coffee. Both were very tasty. Friendly service

I’ve tried to give them a chance. I’ve been here 5 times and every single time I am disappointed. They are SO slow. My husband ordered and picked up pizza from a local pizza shop while I got in line and he had picked up the pizza and got home while I was STILL IN LINE! I’ve never been where it takes less than 30 minutes. Their food and drinks are ok but make sure you don’t have anywhere to be. Even if there are no cars in front of you, they take forever.

Coffee is not strong at all, we’ve ordered coffee three time at this place trying to find a coffee to love but they all taste the same, very milk based and you can’t taste the coffee at all. Also ordered a medium cappuccino with one shot of coffee and the rest would be foam milk, in a medium cup, how is that at all a product that a customer would enjoy? I wish we would have been informed of that before we ordered.

1901 Miles away is too far away. We found the Mad Mule online so we could get our coffee fix while on vacation in Benson.😎 Well, the Mad mule did not disappoint. So much so we went there every day of our vacation. Staff was amazing drinks were fantastic. 10 out of 10.
