We have visited twice and gotten a booth. The food is made in the kitchen, not reheated Cisco crap. Service is a little slow but worth the wait. Generous portions too, so not a bad price. They were out of stuff on a Tuesday night, but we will forgive them for that as they had two great desserts.

Eating a very low carb diet, Pablo's is a good choice. Kaya provided friendly professional service to us. The beef fajita salad was fantastic. Steak was cooked exactly as ordered. Greens were fresh and the green tomatillo complimented it perfectly.

I had a fantastic evening. Everything was great from the very moment we walked in was a memorable evening to the end of the meal. My daughter and her husband had steak. I went with my traditional chicken fried steak. It was very good and considerably a large portion. It has been close to a year the last time I was in Pablo. I enjoyed that night just like now. I truly believe you can never be disappointed. I truly recommend if you are in Benson and want a great dinner you won't be disappointed.

While waiting for our meal, we saw one rodent on the floor by the wall running towards the kitchen. The waiter said that it’s normal in so many words . We paid only for the drinks, and walked out. Made a complaint with the health department. Filthy, and dirty place . Do not dine here EVER !!

Food is so so, well at least the fajitas. They where brand, no seasoning. Hubby had a steak said was OK but food isnt my issue. Our dinners were 17.99 and 25.99 however 4% was added even tho I paid cash. There is a small sign at table saying 4% for credit card use. I paid cash but for some reason 4% was added to each of our meals. I inquired if the prices increased and they said no. So why was our dinners 4% more? They answer was it was correct. So ok I won't be back.
