Absolutely amazing team, Best team and baristas I've encountered!
So i went in not knowing what to get my wife since I drink just plain coffee and brew it myself... My wife loves her Starbucks, so they helped me for about 5 minutes troubleshooting what she likes by describing how the drink looks, even trying to remember how she looked like to see what she's usually is served.
I was trying to suprise my wife so me not remembering these complicated drinks was worse lol on top of that, it was a make up drink since I was being a mild butt to her...
10 minutes, they hooked it up and put an awesome message on there! Which i take full credit for ofcourse 😁

The dilema is the fact that I waisted my time. I usually get home from work late, and today (just like the other times) I wanted a starbucks and again the same excuse from the same people 🤦🏽♂️😤 "I Already Cleaned Out All The Equipment, Can't Make Anything"
I show up 15min they close at 8pm; at 7:15pm and the girl with the tattoo on the eyebrow & the other thinner working today 12/31/2024 @7:45pm LOOK ON CAMERAS MANAGER and please speak to your people bc this is against your policy.
Starbucks; as every other company in operation, runs UNTIL CLOSING TIME! So if your open until 8pm than you should not be CLEAING EQUIPMENT until than. Mop, wipe and sweep and leave the rest alone BECAUSE YOURE REQUIRED TO REMAIN OPEN UNTIL CLOSING TO DO YOUR JOB!
I could've stayed there and demanded it to be made and she would've done her jobe IF she wanted to keep it bc that's my right... BUT whatever, I just stick with the local café.
I'm an ethical employee, I do my job until I'm done... I just expect the same from others I guess.. but yet again, that's me.

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to hands down. The employee that helped me (Stephenie) asked for my order twice, yawned, scratched her eyes, didn't scan my reward, then spent the rest of the time talking to a customer while the employee did all the work... Then the wrong food came out. One of the most incompetent human beings I've ever dealt with. I'll be making yet another call to Starbucks service since their employees apparently no longer go through any sort of training .
Can this location get some staff that at least LOOKS like they enjoy their job?...

Driving through.. stop for hot coffee asked for caramel macchiato hot , worked said machine wasn't working !!!! so I order a hot reg coffee and got cold old coffee .. very disappointed!!
