Friendly service, but long wait. We only ordered a few items and waited for a long time. They were not busy inside. Went up to the counter and food was sitting in kitchen, wasn't warm and they gave me the wrong sauce for nuggets

I will say that they never if ever mess up our orders and are always very friendly. I do not like that they have you move up to the stairs to wait for your food. Not because I have to wait but because you block the stairs for customers coming out and they get angry at you and when you are the car behind the waiting car it is hard to maneuver out of the line. There is barely any room between you and that car. It really is odd and my least favorite thing at this location.

Stood at the counter forever with 6 employees ignoring me. I had time to count so I know. Even had Hannah the “manager” walk by more concerned with clocking out and getting HER food versus acknowledging me and taking my order. Multiple people showed up in line behind me, there’s a line of people waiting to get their food. What a joke of an operation. If you want fast food this place isn’t it. Pretty unacceptable for a franchise. I’ll NEVER come back here. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Had lunch 12/30/25 and the place looked clean guy at the register we assume it’s the manager was very friendly and interactive with the customers. Food was hot and reasonably priced for what we got. The only bad thing is most of the tables were dirty but they were being cleaned as we left.

Can't complete customer orders. You owe me a fry. And why do the frosty's get sent out the window first when staff know they will be asking the customer to pull forward as the order will take longer..
