The food was cold, the burger buns were extremely hard and we had to wait a good 10 mins at the window to get our food, so I don't understand why our food was this way. The service was the best part.

If you haven't been to Wendy's lately give it another shot. They have new staff & they are great! Previously just about every time my order was wrong or incomplete. Almost always a loooong wait in the drive thru. Not anymore! Fast service & my food was hot & fresh! Great job crew!

I would like to personally thank the staff there for being friendly and courteous at the drive-thru, for telling us that our food would take a minute when other places won't give you the time of day, they will just send you around front and make you wait in the parking lot and screw up your order.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Wendy's.
The food order took 20 minutes. Other customers were served before me that arrived and ordered after me. Asked for the take out orders of 5 to be placed in separate bags so we could take them to our separate cars. They didn't do this, and the assistant threw a fit about separating the orders and left the other assistant to complete the order. The manager was hiding at the drive up window and did very little to ratifying the situation. The assistant did not give me a receipt, so I couldn't leave comments for wendys as I didn't know the store number.
Someone needs to correct this service or close the store down.
I am extremely disappointed at this Wendy's location.

We ordered pretty quick and got our food pretty quick but it was not the right food, and it wasn’t how we asked them to put it in the bags, then they took the food bags and basically made us want until our food was cold to hand over the bags, and we asked for a manager and one of the guys said it not the manager and ignored us, they place was clean, they people working there didn’t care that our food was cold by the time we left

Was told at drive thru they were accepting cash only. Afterwards, I have a suspicion my order wasn’t really rung up. No receipt. Nagging suspicion the workers are making a little extra cash on the side. There was one else in line and I still had to pull out of line and wait for my food. Ordered two singles with cheese. The only thing on them was cheese.!! Ordered a chili and it had pieces of hamburger that were torn off and put in it. I’m thinking an old hamburger patty. Never seen it that blatant before. Small fries but container was only 1/2 full. Something just isn’t setting right about my visit 🤷🏼‍♂️
