Been visiting Bisbee since 2018 and have been a regular customer of Bisbee Coffee Company since that time. No more as of today. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of meeting a rude young lady who left me this message after paying $15 for one of their wraps. Before the surprise she left me with here I shared my opinion that I thought the sandwiches are overpriced and as a result, I was not able to leave a tip. Seems like an overreaction on her part not to mention this is no way to treat loyal customers!!! It is a fact that these wraps are overpriced compared to other similar food options in Bisbee and if they are employing idiots like this so far out of touch with good customer service that just reinforces it. I would recommend going to High Desert cafe instead since the sandwiches and food are light years better. Unfortunately they were closed today

My husband and I tried a dirty iced chai and a hot dirty chai. The chai is made in house and I would say it's very average, nothing too special about it. The place was packed but we got our order very quickly. Everyone was very friendly

Update: I do want to add that they don't always have tiramisu. The other day I drove all the way to Bisbee just to find out it's not always on the menu. They did have raspberry tiramisu which was AMAZING as well. I tried their key lime dessert also and it was good, too!

Try their Mexican Mocha & chocolate croissant! :)Everything is so richly flavored - I also loved the orange cranberry scone I tried here.They do sell freshly roasted bagged coffee & will grind it for you by request.Dietary restrictions: Non dairy milk available

We stopped by for some coffee and a quick bite while touring the town. Coffee was fresh and delicious and the everything bagel with ham and cheese was tasty. My husbamd had the chorizo everything Bagel and it was really good. The only thing I would change is maybe some cream cheese or mayo as they were a little dry. We didn't think to ask so that was half our fault. The girls behind the counter are so nice and attentive. Our food came out quickly and the vkew of the town from the front patio was amazing.

Stopped by while visiting Bisbee a couple of months ago. If you love coffee, this will be your jam. Seth is very knowledgable not only about beans, but about the farms and people who grow the beans. He hands out free espresso, because he knows you'll order it no matter where you live, it's that special.I currently reside in Michigan. I order a bag, it gets roasted and shipped to me and I'm drinking it 3 days later. This man has my business forever.Coffee is life. Thanks, Seth!

The coffee is a great, small Café atmosphere and a cute getaway for a weekend out of town. Parking can be tricky, but the locals are sweet, and so are the treats!

Food was amazing. I ordered the copper sandwich and the person taking our order was attentive to a bread I asked for, but when I asked what their "lto" meant (it's not a common thing where I'm from, I had to ask) she said "lettuce tomato onion" really berating. She almost seemed as if I was being aggressive or rude. I WORK in a cafe, I was approaching her with super patience and understanding with calm tones the entire time, she just had an attitude. Cinnamon roll is fantastic. Cafe had good music and good scenery.
