We wanted a full breakfast Saturday morning around 9 am. We'll we were informed after entering a few cafes this was the closest only place to go unless we wanted to hike up to The Breakfast club. We should have. Entered to be told our party of 6 to sit anywhere. Started to push tables together and waitress immediately says no these ones. So we helped and sat she took our drink order quickly. Comes back with drinks and after about 10 minutes of us sweating she returns for food order. About 30 minutes later after we see our food has been sitting under heat lamps for over 5 minutes she begins to give us our orders. Nice portions. As we start eating I find my eggs Benedict hard boiled. Ugh...she happened to check on us quickly and immediately says let me have them fix that took my entire plate. Well almost 20 minutes goes by still no eggs Benedict rest of group is done so I cancel my order only to get straight attitude from her. Oh did I mention even though she wrote orders down she had to come back and ask someone oh what was your order I only wrote Hashbrown down. Drinks were not refilled timely she wouldn't check on others and their butter for breads is proportioned less than a dab in togo ramikens. Really pretty stingy. Then when one couple in group goes to counter to get check after another attitude and like 5 minutes she says let me split it and bring it over to everyone. Really we told you upon ordering separate checks. Checks come out wrong she snatched them back. Oh not to mention ice tea and orange juice same price $4.00 really. Never will any of us return to your confused sweat box disco theme establishment that you only get overcooked attitudes.

After seeing “COFFEE” on a sign right by the front door we stopped in for a cup. We entered and the place was swelteringly hot. 85 outside that day and it was easily 10-20 degrees hotter inside here. Asked the bartender/barista what they could make and she had no clue what to do. Took her about 15 minutes to make 2 iced lattes. The lattes were $20 for 2 and were absolutely disgusting. Not at all worth the asking price. There was also a dog loose and running around the kitchen. The barista was touching and playing with the dog then going back to touch food and drinks without washing hands! Will never go back!

My girlfriend and I decided to stop in for breakfast this morning. A grave mistake on my part. We were the only table in the whole place and somehow the service was still terrible. I had to ask for water 4 times before it finally got to he table and the server never refilled out glasses. The old fashioned and Bloody Mary that we ordered were not good and both of our food orders came out wrong. We were also overcharged for one of the drinks. I’m not usually one to complain in restaurants because I used to be a server myself but the service was unacceptable. That being said the food was delicious! 5 star food, 1 star (if that) service.

Just gotta say 11/10 on vibes, food, drinks and service! My boyfriend and I came down to Bisbee as a little get away for our anniversary.
Brandy was on top of it! We’ve only been there twice and the second time we came in she knew exactly what we wanted to drink already. Very kind and funny person. We need more bartender/servers like Brandy!
Now don’t get me started on David… HE CAN COOK! He knew it was our anniversary and decided to make up some very delicious and special egg rolls for us. On top of that made us dessert that was to die for.
Unforgettable experience and we will
Definitely be back for more fun memories there.

Do you like flies? Do you like flies that bother you constantly? Do you like flies in your food and beverages? If so - this is the place for you! Between the flies, the dirty tables, the loose Husky running around the back area and the horrible service there were no redeeming qualities for this visit. The eggs appeared to have been made from powdered eggs and everything was cold when it finally came out.
I was very disappointed considering my previous visit (during September) was pretty good. I’d stay away. There are better options in and near Bisbee.

Stopped here for breakfast after being turned away from a market that advertised breakfast but wouldn’t serve us what we ordered. So glad we discovered this by accident! Our waitress, Serenity was very accommodating and friendly. Our Chef, Bubba knows how to throw down! Very pleased with the tastes and dynamics of Bisbee Royale. Will be back soon! Happy National Bubba day!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would — and I’d shape them like eggs Benedict. Bisbee Royale served up hands-down the best eggs Benny I’ve ever had (and yes, I’ve had a lot). The vibe is vintage diner meets artsy local gem, and the food? Chef’s kiss. If you don’t stop here while in Bisbee, you’re doing your taste buds dirty. I’m still dreaming about that hollandaise.

Definitely a true Bisbee establishment: perfectly odd and cool. We stopped in for a quick double-espresso and talked with our server a bit about the Royale's history. I'd love to return soon and experience their breakfasts which so many reviewers rave about. Outstanding architecture and amazing interior design. One-of-a-kind in every way.
We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the establishment during our three day stay in Bisbee. An incredible person with an impressive life’s history. The food was great, the drinks were great, and the service was friendly and very inviting
Chic place with good music, didn't eat here. They also have movie night.
Didn't eat here but it's probably awesome.
I rarely give reviews but this was such a poor experience from start to finish. It was a cold day about 55° outside but someone propped open the door with a rock and we were so cold inside in the dining room with the cold breeze blowing straight through. The breakfast took an hour to get to the table and when it arrived my Eggs bene was undercook and runny all over. My family had ok food but everyone was under whelmed. The servers were nice and were trying but it’s hard when everything else is sucking so bad. Would not recommend at all. The atmosphere is also weird dark with fluorescent lights, it would have been cool probably if the food was good and service great. But it just made for everything to be odd and uncomfortable. Sorry to do a review like this. But it is what it is.
