OMG! An unexpected experience in the middle of the main street vibe of Bisbee. Don't let the exterior fool you into thinking this is some trendy out of touch hipster bar for the young. The atmosphere is fresh and fun for all everyone. The staff is sincere and dedicated to you having an amazing time. The food, the drinks and the environment are an unexpected pause of the typical.

I can't really give an honest review of the place, as we sat down and stared at the menu and then left. 80% hours f the menu stops getting served at 2 (even paninis) and the rest of the menu is extremely small. Definitely not kid friendly. The inside feels so uninviting, as you walk into an old wood building and then are greeted by what would look like a swanky marble floored nightclub in NYC. Nothing about this place jives.
? ? Had a Reuben sandwich with fries that made me want to slap my momma. Sooooo delicious ? Love this place in Bisbee! Fancy vibe but great prices. Next time I will bring my entire family to a movie! ?

The Royale is easily the most unique bar in all of Bisbee (that in itself says a lot). The owner, Mike, managed to bring to life his vision and create a bar that is truly one of a kind. The bar side in particular, has a star wars cantina, Moroccan (tadelakt / white plaster) with a bit of something completely different and modern (art deco maybe?) vibe to it. The drinks are creative and have an upscale creative flair to them while being reasonably priced.
The restaurant side is similar and has a dragon integrated into the plaster crown molding. It's just... Wow.
The theater is still under renovation but retains the old west, Victorian, feel and together with the bar/restaurant, creates one of the, if not the, most unique overall experience Bisbee has to offer.
The wait staff were all incredibly friendly and chatty, giving the bar a down to earth, local, feel.
You really need to check this place out if you come to Bisbee. It's a bit north of the main bars and restaurants but those extra 2 minutes of walking are worth the reward.
Parking: Parking in Bisbee is very difficult. Luckily the Royale is walkable much like everything else in Old Bisbee.

Beautiful Remodel. Food was good. Friday night bartender was exceptional. Saturday night the bartender went MIA. Customers came in after us and left after waiting over 5-10 minutes with no one to order from.
