Cosmic Bisbee is one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of being a customer at. It's a miracle that in such a small town we have the most amazing place to get the best beverages! I've attempted to try everything on their menu, but they are always coming up with new and exciting drinks so I recommend checking out their instagram for even more options. Some of my favorites include: pommelon punch, salty nuts latte, and the s'mores chai.

Stopped by this cool drive thru spot other day, across the street from Safeway was a “espresso” banner waving in the wind. I stopped by, and sure glad I did! I ordered an espresso Americano. It was AMAZING!!
I am kind of bummed though, it’s a beautiful rainy Saturday morning here today, and I wanted to go back. But they don’t open until 10:00am on Saturdays..

The folks who work at Cosmic are all absolute sweethearts! I'm so glad they opened, Cosmic is my favorite coffee place in Bisbee. They've become my go-to when I need a coffee in the morning, or an afternoon treat. The muffins are great, and I absolutely love the matchata (a mix of horchata and matcha).

This is the best coffee in Arizona. No kidding. It's so delicious and the staff are the best! One time I went and got to try a free sample of pumpkin dip and apples. I HOPE they sell that some day! Their drinks are so delicious. Moon cheese is such a unique concept for cold foam and you can't get that anywhere else. My fave is their iced churro cheesecake latte. It's so worth the 30 minute drive both ways for me. Seriously! Try it out. You really won't regret stopping in!
