Best breakfast in town. LGBT 🏳️🌈 friendly. Must try the tofu dish - it’s spectacular. Love the bottomless fee flow coffee too. The staff was so friendly and the surrounding is so unique. If I lived in bisbee, I’m gonna have breakfast here every morning.

Incredibly delicious! The crunchiest fried chicken that I have ever taste it! The Brussels sprouts are amazing. It’s a must stop in Bisbee!

I had both breakfast and a prix fixe three course dinner and both were some of the best meals I’ve ever had. Thank you!

Back at the turn of the century, my husband and I used to drive down to Bisbee from Tucson, just to eat at Dot's Diner. Today I was washing my prized possession: Dot's Diner coffee mugs, and decided to go online to see if it's still there! So glad it is - and thank you for the wonderful memories!

Really cool place. It’s either this one, or the Bisbee breakfast club.

My best friend and I stayed at the Shady Dell over the weekend. We had breakfast at the diner. We also were lucky enough to get a reservation for the pop up dinner service. Let me say that it was Fabulous from the staff serving us to the food!! The dinner allowed Kim and I to both enjoy. Kim is vegetarian. We will be back because it was so much fun!!! Hope the bar trailer is open next time.

This place was an unexpected win. It's already so convenient when lodgings have a place to get food, but this place blew me away. This is outdoor seating only, and since it was raining, a lot of the seating was wet and muddy. But there were plenty of tables. The food was worth getting muddy. The service staff was so friendly and chill. We felt very welcome. I had pretty low expectations, but wow, these were the best pancakes I've ever had. Really affordable, thick, fluffy, and delicious. I ordered one pancake, and that was definitely enough for me. The bacon was amazing. Possibly the best bacon I've ever had. And gotta love bottomless coffee that they really kept coming, along with some oat milk at no extra charge. They had a speaker playing Pink Floyd in the background, and I noticed a projector/screen rig that they must use for movie nights or something. This is an amazing place to stay, and damn, I will be back for the food. Really made my trip.

My experience with Dot’s was alright. What made the place felt dreadful was the service. We had to get our own water instead of getting served. Another thing was the waitress asked us our food order before our drinks. The atmosphere was alright; however, I had the sense of being not welcomed. Closed off and isolated. Things I believe that could improve is the service with the feeling of having a diner in my own backyard. Without a doubt, this experience could improve with more sense of being welcome. Left a ‘penny’ for your thoughts kind of tip. Literally, a penny for a tip.

I cannot rave about this amazing little find enough. The theme of the vintage diner is so well done here, but the quality of the food far exceeds that of mere diner food. The huevos rancheros was amazing. The brisket breakfast tacos were heavenly. Their bacon is thick cut and perfectly flavored. The Bloody Mary is great and the local roasted coffee isn’t diner sludge by any stretch of the imagination. The atmosphere is so fun, and it’s a nice outdoor eating option that’s not downtown. The staff here is as fantastic as the food. Jude was absolutely a gem and my friends and I loved getting to meet him. This place is truly a hidden gem and if I’m ever back in Bisbee you can be sure I will be back!

We waited over an hour for waffles, bacon and eggs for my lady. My order was 2 tacos with rice and beans plus a mai thai. The drink was incredibly strong but came out in 10 minutes. The food took over an hour and what bothered us was the table that arrived 15 minutes before we got our food had their food sent to them within 15 minutes of them waiting. They even got their food before us and the order consisted of 5 burgers. I cant comprehend how it took this long for 2 plates yet the table next to us got their food with very minimal wait time. Food and service was great they comped the drink but i will never return.
