My best friend and I stayed at the Shady Dell over the weekend. We had breakfast at the diner. We also were lucky enough to get a reservation for the pop up dinner service. Let me say that it was Fabulous from the staff serving us to the food!! The dinner allowed Kim and I to both enjoy. Kim is vegetarian. We will be back because it was so much fun!!! Hope the bar trailer is open next time.

I cannot rave about this amazing little find enough. The theme of the vintage diner is so well done here, but the quality of the food far exceeds that of mere diner food. The huevos rancheros was amazing. The brisket breakfast tacos were heavenly. Their bacon is thick cut and perfectly flavored. The Bloody Mary is great and the local roasted coffee isn’t diner sludge by any stretch of the imagination. The atmosphere is so fun, and it’s a nice outdoor eating option that’s not downtown. The staff here is as fantastic as the food. Jude was absolutely a gem and my friends and I loved getting to meet him. This place is truly a hidden gem and if I’m ever back in Bisbee you can be sure I will be back!

We waited over an hour for waffles, bacon and eggs for my lady. My order was 2 tacos with rice and beans plus a mai thai. The drink was incredibly strong but came out in 10 minutes. The food took over an hour and what bothered us was the table that arrived 15 minutes before we got our food had their food sent to them within 15 minutes of them waiting. They even got their food before us and the order consisted of 5 burgers. I cant comprehend how it took this long for 2 plates yet the table next to us got their food with very minimal wait time. Food and service was great they comped the drink but i will never return.

The most perfect place I am always in search of when we travel. Great soul and personality, just funky enough to keep me happy, attached to a vintage trailer park, and some of the best food we have had anywhere on the road. My husband had the brisket tacos, and I had the huevos rancheros. The food was so good. I forgot to take a picture. But I did get a picture of the homemade tomatillo sauce. Don’t miss it and ask for it on everything. Kudos to Jude the charming waiter.

I really believe all the delicious looking food is cut and paste jobs, nothing she served look at all appetizing. I also believe her friends and family are giving the high reviews. The milkshake ran like milk and tasted awful, we just left it and walked away.. It’s 95 degrees out with stagnant air and she wouldn’t let us or the other couple in the dinner .🥵

They have several vegan/vegetarian options, but my favorite is the crispy tofu bites. They also do occasional Saturday night fixed prix dinners you can sign up for, that usually has a vegetarian option.

Anything you get here is amazing but the burgers are legit the best I've ever had in my life. The chef who works here is truely talented.

Spent the weekend in Bisbee and randomly tried Dot's Diner, mainly based on the reviews online. It did not disappoint! Great atmosphere, good service, and even better, the food was amazing. We went for breakfast - everything was yummy but the highlight was the freshly squeezed orange juice (and the breakfast potatoes). We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

What an incredible diner with delicious fresh food and great, retro outdoor atmosphere. You have to get the enormous bowl of super fresh donut balls!! We were groaning in pleasure in public.

Great place for an Al fresco burger or shake just a short walk from Lowell’s main street. Also a good place to see a vintage (but almost hidden) Nash Metropolitan. There’s an umbrellaed area to enjoy your food (where I enjoyed my chocolate milkshake) and a party tent for special events. The diner is adjacent to the Shady Dell overnight-rental AirstreamBnB (my name for it) trailer park, which is a must-see. YouTube’s Chef’s Apprentice
