A true hidden gem! Every once in a while you stumble upon a dining experience that sets a standard for all other meals. This is one of those places. Incredible atmosphere, great service, freshly cooked food… if you’re passing through and need a hot meal, make the stop!

Best breakfast in Bisbee and some of the best fried chicken in the state. Try the chicken and waffles. They often have super fun events. Space is outdoor, so if you’re afraid of bugs maybe eat somewhere else (rather than leave bad reviews).
Everyone needs to try this place. Everyone was super friendly and the food was super delicious! I had the fried chicken sandwich, and it tasted like a gift from the gods!
If you're a dipterologist (fly entomologist) you'll love this place because in the hour you'll be waiting in the outdoor seating for your food to arrive you'll have plenty of chances to observe them landing on you, on your water glass, your neighbor's burgers, on the table condiments and more! You may even be able to catch them mating in their natural diner tabletop habitat as we did! The amount of arm flailing all customers were having to engage in was equivalent to a windmill farm. We might have found it tolerable had the wait not been an hour long, because the food is pretty good. Clearly the only way to do this diner is to order and pick up. The owners seriously need to endure their customer experience and make improvements.
