My husband and I are from Chicago. The Hot Dogs, French Fries, Maxwell Street Polish, Italian Sausage, and Italian Beef served at Jimmy's were all very good! Definitely recommend! Very authentic!

As a native Midwesterner, now Bisbee resident, I am extremely grateful to have Jimmy's as part of our community! The food, service, and atmosphere are that of a restaurant from back home. By far the best hot dogs since Chicago. Yesterday, I tried the brisket sandwich and was amazed at the quality of the brisket. And the fries, oh the fries. Mouth watering perfection! We'll be back for more!

This place is simply amazing. I had the chili and cheese fries and a double cheeseburger. My son had a kids hotdog. Excellent food. The burger was so tender and moist. Very flavorful.
Anytime I am passing through Bisbee, I will definitely stop here.

This place has never disappointed us. Very consistent with the food and great people working behind in ND the counter, would highly reccomend.
I hadn't had a hot dog in a very long time and was looking forward to that first bite but it turned out to be the worst hot dog I have ever eaten. It was barely warm, the casing on the dog was very tough and the relish threw me off by the unnatural color. Service was friendly and the place is really cute.

It used to be one of the highlights of my trips back home to Bisbee to stop by and grab a burger. No joke, it was one of my all time favorite burgers. But, this last time, I was sooo disappointed. I could tell that they had swapped their old fresh grilled burger for a (microwaved?) pre-cooked one. I could barely finish it. The others in my group got hot dogs and chili dogs, but they were all just kind of meh. The spark seemed to be gone. I brought my fiance and had talked it up for so long and she didn't understand what the hype had been about.
Someone told me they had changed owners from the previous ones, not sure how true that is. I understand inflation has been pretty mean so I'm sure there's a reason for changing the formula. Just throwing it out there that I could really taste the difference and I don't know that I could go back.
