Los Hermanos was a great dining experience! Even when they were short staffed, they were awesome. The Birria tacos were great and the Limeade was nice and refreshing, not too sweet. The main thing is they care about the food they make and it shows. The balcony is nice to sit on and take in the fresh air while watching life go by. Food doesn't have to be rushed out because dining out shouldn't be a sprint to get seated, have drinks rushed immediately and then expect we'll prepared food to be on par with Burger King-level speed delivered to your table. Appreciate that good food doesn't come out of a box, freezer or microwave. Los Hermanos kitchen and house staff *gets* that. Im glad I made the time to have a meal there, and look forward to stopping by the next time I'm in town...!

We will never eat here again. The waiter was very unfriendly and did not serve us. He seated us in front of a mariachi and trumpet player and we couldn’t have a conversation at our table. Took our order and didn’t hear anything more from him until our food arrived 35 minutes later. We ordered cheese enchiladas and carne asada plate. They brought out chicken taquitos with cold beans and rice. Inedible. The carne asada was 3 tacos with cold beans and rice. The meat was inedible. Don’t waste your time or money eating at this place.

Great atmosphere, excellent service, food is incredible!!!!! I love the seared ahi salad. The dressing is made fresh and I don't even know how to explain the amazing collaboration of flavor in this dish. I can't compare it to anything else.

We ordered the Barbacoa burro and the carne asada burro entree. It took over 30 minutes to get our order. When it arrived, It was a small plate with a small burrito, a tiny cup of hot sauce and a lime wedge. No rice and beans, etc…we both looked at the plates in total shock. The Burro’s were mostly lettuce and little flavorless cubes of meat…nothing else. Without the hot sauce, there would have been no flavor. We were hungry after a morning of hiking and this was a big disappointment. They also do not serve chips and salsa as per most Mexican restaurants. The server was very nice and did observe our shocked faces when the plates hit the table. He offerred to get us rice and beans. which we declined.
The vegan tacos are great, both the jackfruit and lion's mane are good!

I love that the takeout packaging use 100% biodegradable, goes straight into the compost.

We’ve lived here for two months and are trying to get to every restaurant. This was by far the best meal we’ve had. The food completely exceeded our expectations. We started with a bowl of pozole which was unbelievable. We both had the mole enchiladas which included rice and beans. The mole sauce was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
