CROISSANTS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!

I consider this bakery the jewel of Bisbee and as I've just discovered Bisbee and LOVE it with my whole heart, every potential property we look at is literally measured by its distance to THIS patisserie!! Ha! ❤️

The first time I see the store, lots of people were lined up. I thought this was just another mediocre over rated diabetes shop! But I’m wrong! I normally don’t like the pastries here in the US but this one is an exemption! The best pastries I had so far here in the US. This pastry shop should’ve won the James Beard Award! No joke! I wish they have this shop in Prescott! I will be a regular customer.

We waited in line for 10 minutes on a busy Saturday, well worth it!

I'm gluten free and they had the most delicious gf passionfruit cheesecakes.
My husband couldn't believe how good the croissants were.
Apart from the tasty pastries, I just love the aesthetic of this place.
There is a walk up window to order, but they have a small patio where you can eat if you're not taking your order to go.
This place has to be on your list when visiting Bisbee.

Decent pastries however the no kings sign on the window was a definite turn off .

Wow, this place is great. I had never had a croissant that had bacon and egg and cheese the way this one was made. Also we got cookies and a morning bun. It was all delicious. It is a must stop if you are in Bisbee.

Delicious. We ordered several things but when we got home, our raspberry lemon tart was missing. :(

This place is soo cute and I had the best tart I've ever had in my life (I think it was called Cherry Berry?) I just wish I didn't live 3 hours away or I would be here all the time!

I stopped by on Sunday and grabbed a pretzel, and wow… I grew up in Germany and have missed real German pretzels so much. Ive had many pretzels in the USA, and while all of them were good they are definitely different from what I am used to.

But this one? This was EXACTLY like home. Perfect crust, soft inside, that unmistakable flavor. I legit got emotional because I haven’t had an authentic German pretzel since moving here and I was really not expecting to get one.

If you really would like to get a taste of Germany, or Bavarian pretzels, then visiting this place will be your best choice.

You guys totally made my day. Thank you for nailing it and bringing a little piece of Germany back to me!

(I forgot to make a picture of the pretzel. But here is a picture of the Mediterranean croissant I also had at Patisserie Jacqui. Definitely also a big recommendation from me. (If you eat in, you get the cutest plates and mugs.)

We tried the viral patisserie in Bisbee called Patisserie Jacqui. It was adorable! The pastries were very flavorful and delicate. I had the hatch green chile croissant! If you get to Bisbee some day, try it out! Only criticism was the lack of seating.

OVERPRICED! This bakery charges premium prices but doesn’t deliver a premium experience. The croissant I tried was over $6 for one and honestly, it was nothing special — just meh. You order from a window like a drive-through, so the overhead is low obviously, their ingredients aren't organic, yet the prices are sky-high. It feels like they’re more focused on lining their pockets than on providing quality or value.

Delicious perfectly flaky layered croissants, the raspberry pistachio tart & chocolate eclairs are my absolute favs!! The lavender earl grey tart ended up being a bit too sweet for me but still pretty good.
