Delicious perfectly flaky layered croissants, the raspberry pistachio tart & chocolate eclairs are my absolute favs!! The lavender earl grey tart ended up being a bit too sweet for me but still pretty good.

As a local (and someone with a very French name—Renee Desmarais, thank you to my ancestors), I feel uniquely qualified to say: Patisserie Jacqui is the real deal.

I didn’t order today—Thursdays are offline—but I’m there at least once every weekend, like a pastry pilgrimage. The pistachio and raspberry tart? A flavor power couple. The citron tart? Bright, silky, and citrusy enough to make your taste buds say “oui, this is living.” The croissants...

We placed an order on line. It was pricey. So we wondered if it was a tourist trap, overpriced and underserved. We went to pick up the pastries and there was a huge line so we continued walking and looking at Bisbee. Cute town. Then we got a call that they were closing and we needed to come and pick up our order. Nice touch but the add said they close at 3. There was still 2 hours to go. We hurried up and picked up the order. When we gor home we try the first Croissant. Wow, what...
