The food here was very good. I ordered the andouille sausage po' poor and it was delicious; I highly recommend. The owner was kind and informative. He also has an interesting accent, so I assume he's actually from Lousiana. They accept credit cards for payment. The restaurant is a semi-permanent food truck, so I believe it should most often be at the location listed on Google Maps.
Unassuming food truck with great food and warm service. I was there during a slow period, and went with the sauté shrimp…a tad more heat might have been good, but the flavour overall was subtle and delicious. I’ll definitely be back!
