Unassuming food truck with great food and warm service. I was there during a slow period, and went with the sauté shrimp…a tad more heat might have been good, but the flavour overall was subtle and delicious. I’ll definitely be back!Note that the menu prices have increased by a dollar since the photo here was uploaded.
Parking: There’s a fair few parking spots — the lot is usually empty when the truck isn’t there, and rarely has more than a few cars when it is.

I had the green onion sausage po boy, so good. One of my favorites in Louisiana is the bouda sausage you get at mom and pop small markets all over the state. The sandwich at to Geaux was as good as any I have ever had in Louisiana. This is a home run, highly recommended.
