Props to the solo barista who was working - They had their hands full and did the best they could.
Safeway, much more expensive than a 'real' Starbucks, should consider lending their employees more help on a shift. Solo multi-tasking sacrifices overall quality and food-safety practices. The surrounding area was a mess - Lots of cross-contamination potential within the shop, and especially in the surrounding area.

Every time I go an ivanka is working she has a nasty adduditude. She should be fired! She tosses it on the table and is always mad. One time we went we asked for no whip cream and she was putting it when we told her and then she rolled her eyes at us and started to scoop it out very angry I hope she will get fired and I hope the manager Roxana sees this

One of the male baristas was very rude to me and another customer after me. Also got my drink order wrong.

The Barista, Mario, needs a raise! He follows special instructions, is fast, always friendly and starts our order when he sees us walking through the door! Usually there past 2:00 pm.I would've given 5 stars, but Mario is not the only one working there.All other employees could care less if you have 1/2 a cup of foam, even though I order without!The place is usually very clean.

A Starbucks that doesn’t feel like Starbucks.
Rude employee by the name of “Jojo” Slammed a customers drink then tried to take it away when she asked for her receipt. Should never treat people like that.
Witnessed a Starbucks employee being rude to a mom with a child in her arms and refused to give her receipt for no reason. Also tried taking her drink away. Shame on you! You should be embarrassed to act like that in your workplace!

There was a sick employee making the drinks. This person did have a mask on but was coughing hardcore through it without using extra precaution by coughing into their elbow. If you are going to allow someone to work while sick then they should probably just work the register rather than have them be making drinks and coughing over them.
