Normally a good place to eat, as experienced before. After having a seat at the bar, I was told that the wait would be a hour to hour and 45 minutes, which would have put the order up-to, or past closing time and still one or two tables recently emptied and two vacant seats at the bar? After asking if they are not serving food, I was essentially told that they are, but to-go orders aren’t preferred due to kitchen staffing. I have ordered to-go on busy nights before, but tonight didn’t seem to be a welcomed option. I would be happy to sit and have a beer or two with a to-go order on a Sunday night, but it felt awkward inquiring any further after the server’s less than welcome expressions. Properly staffed and it could be a killer place, but usually packed! Bisbee offers other good places nearby.

We had a good dinner, Aurora and Brook took good care of us. They were very busy so we sat at the bar, we ordered the fish tacos and the cauliflower burrito. Again, they were very busy so our dinners took a while to get served but they were floor fresh and delicious.

1. Delicious, filling, well-portioned food. I especially enjoyed the Mexican Pizza and highly recommend the strong, but not too strong, house margarita.2. Quick, attentive service. Every time I’ve come here the servers and bartenders have been cordial, communicative, and forthcoming about potential wait times.3. A cozy room containing intimately spaced 4-seat tables, a sit down bar, salsa bar, and larger 8+ seat table all immersed in tasteful southwestern decor.I’ve tried every restaurant here and Taqueria Outlaw is hands down, without a doubt, consistently THE best place to eat in Bisbee. Whether you’re a local or tourist, if you have not been there you are missing out on the full Bisbee experience.

Ordered the cauliflower burrito queso-style and it was the best burrito I've ever had. The cauliflower tasted like it was roasted in a balsamic glaze which perfectly complemented the other flavors in the burrito.

I never post reviews but this place is insanely delicious.I am a mexican who has been all over the world traveling, Never had such a delicious burritoI ordered the cheesy chicken burritotopped witha delicious thick creamy souce with chives, the chicken was amazingly delicious.My wife had Carne Asada on Fries and it was as good as the freaking burritoHad to ask our server if the cook was Mexican and is not, He had a New Orleans work experience so he achieved the best fusión of quality in balanced rich flavourI wish you the best of success

Very delicious and healthy food. Plenty of Vegan items even though I am not one. My sister, however, loved the vegan items.Vegetarian options: The menu has GF for gluten free and V for vegan foods. There are plenty of offerings in both categories.
