I can't really review the food but the service was rough. I got an unpleasant bum's rush from a guy who acted genuinely displeased that I came through their unlocked front door during their posted business hours. Their website says the close at 8pm. They should change that to "closed whenever we feel like it." I understand showing up at 7:50 is a jerk move, but I got there at 7:30 and the kitchen had already been shut down before that. There were maybe 10-12 people still dining. Most places that close their kitchens early are still friendly and inviting, maybe letting you know the grill is closed but you could still get this or that item and/or drinks. Nope, not here. I won't let him sour me on Bisbee but you best call ahead if you have phone service in the Mule Mountains area and see what kind of mood they're in.

Edit to add: unfortunately it’s pretty difficult to make reservations here. I tried to make a reservation over a week in advance for my anniversary and never got a call back. Had to call back later in the week to hear on the pre-recorded line that our date was full. It would be nice if the restaurant could adopt some kind of reservation system like open table or similar so people could actually see what’s available and aren’t left wondering if they will get an update.

Two of us had dinner. I had the chicken scallopini and my Mom had the shrimp with eggplant. Both were exceptionally delicious. And the dessert was so incredibly perfect.

The food is excellent. I don't eat pork, but there's plenty else to choose from Amazing fish and shrimp dishes. The sauces are delicious and complex. We always take visiting guests there. It has a romantic atmosphere. Waiters / waitresses are all attentive but not over bearing.

What a treat! Friend s had suggested The Copper Pig and we were very open to finally trying it. We were immediately seated when we arrived( we had reservations), and brought fresh bread and butter. The meals are amazingly delicious and very reasonably priced. Appetizers were so good, we had a few different ones for the table. The feta cheese one was my favorite. Jambalaya was on point with big chunks of meat and shrimp. Wife and guests brought a whole bunch of food home because the portions were huge. Service was excellent and always accommodating. Desserts were ordered as well and they did not disappoint. Five people with appetizers and desserts....very inexpensive in my mind. We will be back soon to try the rest of the menu. Get a reservation because the minute we sat down, the room filled with hungry patrons.
