Unexpected and most pleasant surprise to find this Vietnamese restaurant in Bisbee, just a couple of hundred yards walk from our motel (The Jonquil Motel). Several vegetarian and vegan options, and the best vegan pho I have ever had. Every ingredient was fresh and prepared perfectly. My wife’s vegan curry dish was also excellent. The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. If we return to Bisbee, we will be sure to return to Thuy’s.

if i could give less than one star i would. can not recommend this place. staff was scattered and waited over 30mins for diner before we asked and the waitress acted like she forgot to put the order in so we walked.

Took awhile to take our order. I went with the noodle salad and it was delicious, they accommodated from fried to steamed to make it healthier. Also added pho which was ok.
Just glad theres still “vegan” options in this town.
