I don’t leave reviews ever even if the service is bad because I often try it back because they may have had a bad day but this place just has terrible customer service, they will argue with you and yell at you when you ask for your money back the way you purchased it when they close early. Make you feel incompetent and will hang up on you. Use to be a good place, definitely has gone down hill.

Megan the business owner is the sweetest and kindest business owner you will ever meet! Ordered:Dumplings, cream cheese wontons, pad see ew beef and chicken and Thai pho noodle soup!Also had green tea and vanilla ice cream and fried banana for dessert!Highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys Thai food!!!Yum ! Worst customer service and food ever! Used to love this place I don’t know what happened. Did a pick up order and they gave us the wrong food, went back to get the right one and still was wrong, tasted horrible.

Change of ownership and this place fell off bad! Need to drive to Havasu to eat the old stuff. Everything tasted off. I know for a fact the papaya salad was missing ingredients and they tried to cover it up with more lime juice. Should have told us if they were out of something. Pad thai and pad see ew were missing something and didn't taste right. The chicken tasted boiled and even my golden fried wings tasted like mush, just gross. Sticky rice was more like rock rice, old and hard as hell.Oh and the lettuce was brown on the edges.

We just ate at Bangkok River Thai Cuisine. It was really good! We loved the cozy environment. Family friendly. The staff was super nice and treated us like family. We recommend cashew beef, beef pad see ew, and fried bananas with green tea ice cream for dessert. We were visiting from out of town. We will return!

Bangkok River has been my favorite since I discovered it. I was so disappointed to find it closed due to the scamdemic. Excited to find it open again and even more excited to experience it with the improvements by the new owner. Meg just really made our party of seven feel valued. Can’t wait to return.
