They were out of bananas which sucks because I waited for ever to cheat on my diet and then that was that. No banana split. Employees seem off and they dont have change for cash. My Ice cream tasted freezer burnt so I was confused. Here visiting from up north and I wont be back to this location ever.

We're in a small milkshake. The person didn't mix it very well. And then didn't scoop out the bottom. So I had a runny milkshake that wasn't full, but I paid full price, not happy. I don't think the newer generation cares anymore

Ordered a birthday cake. Went to pick it up today 2 hrs before the party. No cake. The first employee said that the baker had been MIA. Offered me my money back and a generic cake from the freezer. Another employee decide to get involved and she was very rude. Told me again that the baker was MIA had had been. I asked why they didnāt call me to let me know this was the case and I wasnāt getting a cake. She said it wasnāt there problem because they just worked here and my problem was with the GM. Then she walked back to drive thru and said several times āIām not dealing with you todayā, Iām not dealing with this todayā. This was terrible customer service from this girl (who may be the manager because no one corrected her behavior. First girl tried. I had been here before and the place was a dirty mess, so I should have known better. Obviously management does not care or these issues would not be so prevalent . Apparently even the manager couldnāt figure out that if the cake maker was MIA for days they needed to call customers that had orders and let them know.

This Baskin Robbins used to be a great business before they relocated. Donāt know who runs this new Baskin Robbinās, but itās absolutely terrible!!! The employees are rude, they donāt welcome or offer customers assistance and most items are ALWAYS out of stock, offering VERY few options to their customers.

The service was fantastic!! The atmosphere was great. Had a relaxing evening with my husband and enjoyed some great Ice cream. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HIGHLY RECOMMEND
