If you come here, check your bags before you leave. Ever single time I came here I had something missing. I never complained or went back for my food. But this time they didn't put a hamburger in my daughters kids meal and I ordered a royal chicken sandwich and got a plain one not at all what I ordered.

Everytime I come to this burger king I'm in the drive thru a long time I remember one time 25 min that's ridiculous and the food is cold I'm not the only one to observe this the house I just left from were telling me how long of a wait each of them have had. This will be the last time I visit this restaurant. Sux cause I really liked burger king

So I ordered their budget meal bacon cheeseburger french fries chicken nuggets the entire meal was cold set my fries back got new fresh hot fries send my chicken nuggets back I bit into one of them so I got one less chicken nugget back I wonder if I would have taken a bite out of my hamburger would they give me back a fresh hamburger with a bite missing I guess the manager needed that chicken nugget more than I did

I just want to give a shout out to Valerie. My parents and I are from out of town and they love Burger King so we stopped.
Valerie made us feel so comfortable and welcome even at a Burger King can you believe that?So much so that my mom even gave her a hug as we were leaving!!
People like her brighten other peoples lives a little bit more just because She was just so friendly, customer service oriented and sweet individual.
Burger King. You should be proud that you have somebody on your team like her and that can lead by example with such great customer service skills and she literally told us that she "loves her job!!"
