I went her to order a Beyond burger. It was cooked to perfection. The staff are very friendly. I got a few chuckles with the employees. They made me feel so comfortable. The place is very clean inside and out. The bathroom was very clean as well.

Good Job To The Young Blonde Man Up Front Who Was Just Being Harrassed By A Woman At Least Twice His Age. After Handling Her, He Served Us As If Nothing Happened and Had A Great attitude Dispite Clearly Needing A Moment to Decompress After That Awful Interaction.

We ordered the how to train your dragon meals for me and my wife specifically for the cups we didn’t receive the cups. After our order was picked up the delivery driver I saw was traveling the wrong direction so I called him, he then stated he had another order to pick up went to Wendy’s and made us wait till the other order was ready he didn’t apologize and the food was cold my wife ordered no lettuce no tomatoes her meal was completely wrong and everything was just cold so it was a highly unenjoyable meal and personally due to this experience and the bad service and meal being cold and wrong we would like a full refund thank you

Well I bet if I was one of there little cronies it would be good. I order two orders of double whopper plus 1 on each. Plus adding bacon. Well I got two double Cheeseburgers not whoppers nasty dried cheese burgers and gee where was the bacon. Hard to find small tiny little slice. . I reliize there 20 dollars HR blonders and special orderes make them think and get upset then to figuring out. To make..But it not my fault or problem. Receiving the attitude and dumb answers is not worth my time or time to return again. I guess at burger king special order do upset ya and you can't have it your way. It how they ever even want to make it.. Even if it not what you ordered or close to what you ordered

We stopped today and the food was very good, however don't let anyone tell you this is fast food because in our experience the food was far from this. As in all BK's and other restaurants I'm not a fan of kiosk ordering, obviously many like it but I find it very nerdy. lol. If in the area again I'd stop again to check out if their speed has improved, however as I've mentioned the food was good.

I came to this location yesterday night and ordered food through drive-thru took forever to get my food just when I got home to notice it was a completely different order I called in and talked to someone who said they were the manager and said to come in in the morning for a refund or they'll replace my order I went through so they can replace my order and a lady claiming she was a manager recorded me on a video after arguing with me even though I had proof of purchase with my receipt they did replace my order but I was harassed by the employee I would really like to talk to someone who is in charge you shouldn't treat your customers like that

Customer service is horrendous. Sweet tea isn’t sweet tea it’s unsweetened you have to add the sugar. There pop machines are out of syrup so pop tastes horrible. Their tea is very old. They are standing around in the back. Don’t recommend this place in the morning or at all. Waiting for breakfast food it took them 10 minutes to make and get to us despite us being the only one waiting.
