Fantastic service at this establishment. They have a great staff. Unfortunately they are serving an inferior product. The food is just okay no matter how many chances you give it. Much of their menu is pre-cooked and just warmed up on site, such as their grilled chicken. Unfortunately there's no substitute for fresh cooked chicken. Microwaved veggies just don't cut it. Now the chicken fingers that are breaded a deep fried are totally different story if they're fresh...
Kingman Chili's was really ?great!!!
The hostess greeted us with a smile, our waiter/server Michael was over- the-top fun, friendly & attentive. The Manager was also very friendly. She checked with us at the end of our dining experience to make sure we received & were satisfied with the service & food. Highly recommend Chili's Kingman ?

OMG, where do I begin? Have tried Chili's a few different times in Southern California and was disappointed, as was everyone in my family, each and every time. Not this place. The one in Bullhead City is phenomenal! I don't know which is better, the staff or the food. Both are incredible. The staff are so friendly and attentive and spoil you rotten while you're there and they serve up the freshest and most perfectly cooked food you could ask for. And the $10.99...
