Ice cream was watery, their restaurant was very hot. The service was trash. The employee gave us such terrible attitude and acted as if we were such an inconvenience to her. She put my ice cream on the stone she then mixed it once and threw it into a cup. We were there on aug 29th 2023 around 6:00pm. I do not recommend.

Over priced and girl at service counter didn't seem to care for the customers. Also had trouble counting back the change. Not going back.

Went here to get ice cream today and it didn't look like ice cream because the way the employee grabbed it it looked like a certain type of dough. I ate it but it didn't taste that good at all I got a upset stomach but I ain't lactose intolerant

I would love to go and get ice cream there but whenever I am able to go, it's 7:30pm and they're ALWAYS closed! How do you expect to make any money when you decide to close early? It's ridiculous that I can never get dairy free ice cream that's actually any good anywhere other than Cold Stone but they're always closed!

Awesome employees! Would of gave 5 stars but we were served stale marshmallows. Advice keep a low stock of marshmallows out so nobody has to deal with that again.
Consistently delicious ice cream, so many options, friendly people, love taking my daughter here, it's a fun bonding experience.

The owner overcharges just because it's the only coldstone in the area, your money is better spent at a different ice cream place

Fun to watch them hand mix your add ins to the ice cream. Only reason they didn't get a 5 star rating is the prices. For anyone on a tight budget visits are far and few between.

3 girls were working. I walk in and one of them practicly yells "not it". They had limited options on cakes and tubs of ice cream. Overpriced and horrible customer service.
