Mobile Order. Order wouldn't go through for two items, stating 'something is wrong'. Pulled up to the speaker box and let the voice know about the issue. Pulled around to the window where my app issue was noted. A friendly young lady then took over and ok'd the order, then fixed my app issue (Above & beyond! Turned out to be my issue compounded by the app not giving much info because of multiple items in cart). She even helped me to get my eligible rewards points from the item rung through manually. Great service and knowledge shown.

I have just come to expect to not expect much from most places here in bhc. No chicken at KFC, no hot coffee at Starbucks, no beans at taco bell and now I can add no brownies or banana for a banana split at DQ. Odd how management everywhere lacks the insight to properly supply their products. Or they just under order to save money.Not really sure. I won't be back. After they forgot my ice cream I order. This is second time that has happened here. It probably doesn't matter to managers but eventually all the terrible service will add up.

It’s tough to mess up soft serve ice cream. How on earth they can be out of vanilla tonight is beyond me! It’s not the first time something like this has happened. I think it is a reflection of management’s inability to forecast customers needs and purchase product accordingly. Next time I’ll phone ahead.

bought a s m a l l dipped cone at the Galleria Mall in Henderson NV, and it was very good , very small , and OUTRAGEOUSLY priced !! $ 4.88 !! Could get 2 of these at Weinerschnitzel and three at Mc Donalds for this price ....and thats what I will do in the future ! Good Bye DQ , you used to be wonderful , but now very pricey & going downhill .....

The Dairy Queen was a good experience in Bullhead City. I visited at around 2pm and went inside since I wasn't sure what to order. Apon arriving we noticed only 1 person working the entire store. Regardless of this fact they did a amazing job and the food was done very well. It can be hard working by yourself so show a little kindness and be patient and you can get some good food.Also got a Birthday cake for my grandmother birthday and the person working was kind enough to explain what each cake was due to them not all being marked correctly. Got the chocolate Oreo cake and it was a great meal for everyone and it was amazing.Parking: Parking is easy and plentiful, just need to drive around the building to get near the front to get out easily due to the weird front curb to get in.Wheelchair accessibility: Has 2 wheel chair parking spots in the front, but you need to drive around the building to get to the front due to the weird front drive in spot to get in

This DQ is clean and comfortable and the treats are consistently good. Employees are kind and helpful.

I'm telling you I'm was shocked when they said it was $6 plus change for a small blizzard and they didn't even have the one I really wanted and the inf I got wasn't all that . Really DQ six dollars I could of bought a gallon of ice cream for less and made my own what a rip off will never do it again

Slow service, they never have chocolate ice cream, and last time I was there I wanted to pick up a birthday cake. They didn't have the traditional style so I was talked into a peanut butter cup cake it was beyond awful! Ended up throwing it away.
