They used to be great. We ordered two red burritos and two soft tacos for $9.07. I couldn't believe my eyes when we got our food. Greasy nasty food just thrown together. This only happens late at night.

The Chips Taste so terrible. Couldn't eat. Chemical smell as soon as we open the bag. Ordered off Door Dash 7/31/2025 10pm loaded queso nacho and it was disgusting. Old chips or dirty fryer or something.

Bought a burrito from them and there was a huge piece of plastic inside my burrito. I reached out and they did nothing to make it right and still no refund after 3 weeks they are the worst never eating there again

I would give 0 if there’s an option but evertime there’s something going on with their employees and after complaining so many times they really don’t care I’m done going here anymore, this is what I paid for $6 burrito the size of my finger I swear it makes me take it back there but I don’t want they spit on my food cuz I been complaining
UPDATE-07/25 new staff at this location have REALLY improved service. Orders now correct and quality of food prep has dramatically improved. So glad to see mgmt made positive changes-Thank You!
Was really hoping for change as i like the brand, but have gone here multiple times and still the same. Service is extraordinarily SLOW. Food is crap, they don't give you the food you pay for, or if they do, it is a fraction of the size of other locations. PLEASE can someone come in and bring this location up to DT standards??

The last several times I've been here, haven't been good, so I've been staying away for quite a while now. But yesterday, I thought I'd go through the drive-thru and grab a quick milkshake and I'm glad I did. The woman who helped me at the drive-thru was very nice and helpful and had such a positive and happy attitude, that it really made my day. Not only was the staff great, the milkshake and taco were pretty delicious, too. A total night and day difference from my last several visits and it really made me happy that I decided to give it another try.
