Worst pharmacy I've ever been to! They are SLOW, they ignore you while you wait at the counter. They seem to be gone out to lunch every time I go there. It takes 45 mins for the pharmacist to place a tube of cream into a bag and fill a simple order. I recommend any other pharmacy, not this one.

We'd been seeing the dunkin $6 breakfast deal so we stopped in this morning to try it out. The hash browns were greasy and had a funny taste. The sourdough tasted like rye, not a good taste for a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was ok, but I've had better. Even though it was early in the morning the floor was filthy so I'm guessing they don't clean it regularly. The service was mediocre.

Georgina the manager was absolutely amazing went above and beyond to make my little girls bday a success and the custom hello kitty donuts were absolutely delicious i dont have the words to describe how kind sweet and helpful she was definently a one of a kind women who loves her job and her clients

Older blond ish lady working cashier around 8:50am 9/27 does not know what she’s doing and has a horrible attitude. I get working fast food is not the go to but at least know how to have some customer service. I didn’t know this Dunkin location didn’t have any maple donuts, that was new to me she freaked out and stated we’ve always been that way. Oh my bad! Dunkin she needs to be fired thx, don’t work a customer service job if you can’t have customer service.

I live like 2 minutes from DD and thats why I go there. Never had an issue u til recently. Eveyone is usually very friendly and kind, and service is good. But these past couple times the person on Drive thru sounds like she is forced to be there. Second time, again the lady sounds miserable and my bagel was so burnt I couldn't eat it. Im not picky a little burnt is actually good, but not this time. It cut the roof of my mouth. It was bad. Time to stop spending money on bad service and food.
Go there almost every Monday the last few times the coffee has been horrible. I aways order the same thing never had a problem but now its just gross. The customer service is bad they could careless to be there and it shows I hate my job but I put a smile on my face because thats customer service.

Awful experience…went on drive thru to order only one drink took forever to get my order so I went to the window because I thought they forgot about me when I got to the window the girl instead of getting my Oder asked me to go back to the speaker again to make my order…sorry but I was already there and there were no other cars waiting that was so ridiculous it was only one drink.

I tried far harder than they did. I wasted too much money trying to get one drink. Large caramel ice coffee 4 cream 4 sugar 4 caramel. Honestly I think my drink was being messed up on purpose by the manager, but regardless after a year of throwing away money at this location I am done.

Ordered a mobile order and get home to complete disappointment. I was parked which wasn’t a huge deal but it’s a mobile order you had plenty of time To get it ready. Open loaded hash browns and the container barely had anything in it. The sourdough egg sandwich was sad and pathetic. They can do better because we have had better from this location. I feel robbed.
