I tried far harder than they did. I wasted too much money trying to get one drink. Large caramel ice coffee 4 cream 4 sugar 4 caramel. Honestly I think my drink was being messed up on purpose by the manager, but regardless after a year of throwing away money at this location I am done.

Ordered a mobile order and get home to complete disappointment. I was parked which wasn’t a huge deal but it’s a mobile order you had plenty of time
To get it ready. Open loaded hash browns and the container barely had anything in it. The sourdough egg sandwich was sad and pathetic. They can do better because we have had better from this location. I feel robbed.

Every table and is nasty dirty, they are not busy just standing around, both girls were rude. This guy come in and with his grands and they are sweet as pie. Been here 25 min and they are just talking and not cleaning. First time here and last time. Now they are sitting outside with friends.

When I make an order several miles away (and it tells me I should wait to be closer but I dont) and I arrive and my order isn't ready, and I proceed to watch them take new orders at the drive through and fill those orders as well as people walking in, while I'm standing there waiting for something that was supposed to be prepared before I arrived... poor service. Then they don't even know how to do a refund for a mobile order because I had to get to work and was tired of waiting for them to serve everyone else. Left and had to call corporate and then told it takes 10 days to refund. Ridiculous.

When u sit in the drive thru and wait over 5 minutes and get told to turn ur music down when it wasn't that loud. Ain't no one in the store but want over $15.00 an hour to work. Do the damn job u is being paid for to start. They suck and will never in my life buy coffee from bullhead city dunking donuts again

I mean if you like a bunch of people who look like they are spun on something I guess it's the spot to go idk why it took 30 mins to make black coffee while others were done before me who ordered after the sandwich was decent enough to eat but nah I'm good on stopping by that spot ever again

Friendly greeting but Terrible customer service, waited 30 minutes for my bagel and hash browns and served warm, cheese wasn't even melted, tables and counters all dirty, seem to cater to the drive up instead of taking care of walk inside, only one in the area, have to put up with the poor service if I want my breakfast, management needs to retrain the staff

On Monday morning, I ordered a box of 10 Munchkins through the mobile app. When I arrived to pickup my order at 9:15 am, there were cars in the parking lot and people inside. But the drive-thru had cones blocking it and the doors were locked with a sign posted "Closed due to lack of employees". However, my mobile showed that I was charged for the order I couldn't pickup and the purchase posted to my bank. I contacted corporate through online chat and got a message "Will respond within 24-48 hours" I have yet to hear from corporate.
HOWEVER.. today is a new day! I went back down there and, lo and behold, Dunkin' is open! Walked in and was immediately greeted by the person behind the counter. I asked for the manager and was informed that there was no manager available. So I asked to speak to the person in charge and she said "I guess that's me!" I explained the situation and she was very accommodating. She explained that they were currently out of Munchkins and could either give a refund or donut instead so we swapped out the unavailable 10 Munchkins for a half dozen donuts. The display was full of product, looked great and were delicious.
Dunkin' could have dropped the ball completely and this review would have been of a different flavor (pun intended) but thanks to this great employee, a lemon was turned into a great lemonade. The "powers that be" need to hold tight to this employee (I wish I had got her name), give her a raise or promotion or both. Thanks to her great customer service acumen, Dunkin' has secured my loyalty in a town with many other options available.

Employees don't know the difference between vanilla PUDDING/CUSTARD and imitation fake (super sweet) white substance! (see photo). Specifically requested, and stated they have both chocolate + vanilla pudding.?

I'm so sick of driving miles and miles and ordering donuts, only to get home and find out they've given me the wrong donuts, only to call and have them not answer the phone and live in the next state over so driving right back is not an option. This has happened over and over again and I'm so sick of it.
