I live like 2 minutes from DD and thats why I go there. Never had an issue u til recently. Eveyone is usually very friendly and kind, and service is good. But these past couple times the person on Drive thru sounds like she is forced to be there. Second time, again the lady sounds miserable and my bagel was so burnt I couldn't eat it. Im not picky a little burnt is actually good, but not this time. It cut the roof of my mouth. It was bad. Time to stop spending money on...

On Monday morning, I ordered a box of 10 Munchkins through the mobile app. When I arrived to pickup my order at 9:15 am, there were cars in the parking lot and people inside. But the drive-thru had cones blocking it and the doors were locked with a sign posted "Closed due to lack of employees". However, my mobile showed that I was charged for the order I couldn't pickup and the purchase posted to my bank. I contacted corporate through online chat and got a message...
