The app wouldn't let me order my birthday ice cream and the girl told me to contact the app. Very disappointing. I'm in my 60's, I am not trying to scam anyone.

This place is a joke! They rarely have fresh doughnuts out. What they do have is very basic and they always say they haven’t had time to make more. So they squish my basic doughnuts into a small lunch sack and flatten them. The drinks are not consistent and are way too sugary. And the employees, specifically Emily have been extremely rude at most visits. I don’t normally write terrible reviews, however this shop has earned a more than terrible review.

I have been ordering my birthday cakes from Baskin-Robbins for the last 25 years and have never been disappointed. Last year I had to order it late because they were moving into the new location and I completely understood. But this year when I went into the store to place my order the lady was unfriendly, rude and at first told me they didn't take cake orders then told me the manager just picks a couple a month to do.

Terrible customer service and they refuse to make my drink right after being a customer for over a year. I think the are making my drink wrong intentionally, and I will not return.

Cudos to the Young ladies allowed us to taste a few ice cream before we ordered. We're not sure on new flavors . Ice coffee is super delicious 😋

Cute little location. Very clean and neat. The staff is super friendly and happy. Makes you feel happy, too. It's a place that you can have coffee and ice cream. Great place for parents who want something for themselves and their kids. Dounuts or ice cream available.
