0 stars. I cancelled an order through uber and was still charged over $30 dollars for an order I never received. I will never order from or go into another IHOP and I will never be using Uber again either. When cancelling there was no warning this would happen and since I’ve never cancelled before I had no idea this was a thing. It was only a few seconds after ordering that I cancelled and they kept over $30 dollars plus the food. Never again

Great value. Good arrived just as we ordered. Our server Virginia was great. I don’t think she was supposed to even be serving customers today (manager?) but it was very busy and it was a bit under-staffed.

Horrible experience. Took 15 min from the time we ordered our drinks just to get them. Then a little over an hour later we finally get our food we'll my family did and I didn't was told that someone else took my food and they had to remake Family was almost done with there food by the time I was told this.

I work for ihop and I came here to eat and at first they said they would honor my discount and then at the last minute they said they would not ! I was informed by my manager that I can go anywhere in Arizona and get my 50 percent off and at the end they decided to give me 15 percent off . It was unprofessional and I never had this problem before . The bacon was also poor quality. The service was great , and it was the manager who did not honor company policy and it made me leave feeling discouraged . I will never return here and they should have told me from the beginning when I asked if I can get it and not change there mind after I ordered . I felt scammed!

Went in today. Got seated immediately, but then sat, ignored, for 10-15 minutes before leaving. No drink order taken. Nothing. One server muttered that he'd be right with us, but didn't come back. Yes, it's Veterans Day, so they were busy. But even taking our drink order would've been something. We were not there to take advantage of the Veterans Day special. Hubby wasn't even going to order that. We went there bc they have gluten free pancakes.
We had a great experience. We stop by for breakfast. The server Bryant was very nice. He had great customer service. We were pleased with our breakfast. Our food was hot and tasted great! Coffee and hot chocolate was hot and was good.
