Got food as i had just got off work at 3:30am and my burger was half eaten and tossed on the bottom side of another bun. Im not sure if the cook was eating lunch and then was upset but this grossed me out. I could NOT eat anything of the rest of my order.

Always my go to for a late night bite. Sal, who works the window and takes the orders is always smiling and very nice. It takes a lot of patience to deal with some of these people coming through drive thru. 5stars for the food and 5stars for Sal!

This location is inconsistent. My last order was cold. They remade it and again my sourdough jack was cold. I was very disappointed in spending $14 for cold food and no solution on how to get a hot burger.

This place has gone down hill! Used to be a good place to go and get decent fast food. Just got my order. I had 6 tacos, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 jumbo jacks. All of it was highly disappointing. The tacos were extremely hard and tasted old, the chicken patties were very hard and I had asked for extra mayonnaise, there solution was to put mayo packets in the bag, and the buns on the jumbo jacks were extremely hard. I didn’t know getting a mobile order meant getting all the old food. Guess I’ll make the drive to fort Mohave next time.

I came to Jack In The Box tonight to get some tacos and a burger because they are a comfort food to me, but was honestly and unfortunately disappointed tonight by the staff member serving me and by the tacos she served me. They were all broken and sloppily put together, and the girl at the window was incredibly rude. I'll still come back definitely, but I wanted to express how upset I was by it since normally everything here is really put together.
