DIMITREE at the bullhead city jersey mike is an outstanding employee! I was behind a very rude and obnoxious customer who i wouldn't have had any patience for, I really tip my hat to this employee for handling all the racist remarks and just overall attitude of this customer the way he did. Good job Dimitree keep it up.

We ordered two Philly cheese steak sandwiches. Mine was fine butt my husband's was tiny! After waiting 20 minutes, were not happy. The staff didn't want to be at work.

Great sanwiches.

The food is always really good, but I happen to notice one of the people working the line had touched her hair while wearing gloves. I didn't see her name tag, long brown hair in pigtails.

She and her coworker - very short blonde hair with a tattoo on his neck - also made comments about my partner's order. He ordered a BLT with no tomato and made comments to each other that made him feel self conscious. For all they knew they could be allergic to tomatoes. Either way they shouldn't be making comments about people's orders.

This made my partner's first experience at this chain very poor.

We returned two mushroom long sandwiches we got last night as they seem to be the meat f one split between two bread loaves. Expecting to argue I was pleased to find no argument with a full replacement.

Ordered 8 sandwiches. The 3 guys working were very patient and helpful. They all worked well together. Can't wait to go back.

Parking: There's a curb separating the entrance/exit. I hit it going out. Just fyi.
