Well, if you phone in an order, don't be in a rush. They will give you a time frame for completion (13-22 minutes), but make sure you add both numbers to get it accurate. If you do show up after the time frame given (24 minutes), you will be yelled at that you are early by the staff and have to wait even longer. In total, my 13-22 minutes was 36 minutes, and they royally screwed up my sub. Would not recommend if you need to call ahead so you can just stop in quick to pick up and run.

My FAVORATE sandwich shop. Prices may be a little high but well worth it and if you gsplurge and get the giant one. You have 2 meals, so the price is worth it. Great service too. ???

I tried to get the staff to help me with suggestions because I didnt have my glasses and couldn't see the menu. Well I tried to ask for a menu that I could see but they couldn't find one anywhere. So I basically had to just wing it. I wanted a meatball sub but they don't make those. The portable Belle mushroom on the sub was good.

I walked in about a half hour before closing time. There were 10-15 people inside. Apparently, the goth employee was having a goth party for all her goth friends on company time. She very rudely told me that they were closed. I guess she didn't want to be bothered to take care of an actual paying customer. MESSAGE TO THE OWNER: When you hire people who don't care about your customers, you lose customers. You lost this customer permenantly.
