Crazy prices! I so this is my second time going there and I ordered a small sandwich combo so it came with chips and a drink. They charged me $18 that’s nutty and the sign says that it’s 1199 for a combo so how did I get charged that much more Because I got extra cheese???? I’ll never go in here again

I’ve been eating at this location via drive thru very frequently for months, it’s so close to my job it’s convenient. Today I order a sandwich I always get, nothing special, I just ask for no tomatoes. It felt super light, so I open the sandwich and there is no meat. It’s supposed to have roast beef and bacon in it. Oops. People make mistakes, so I go back and enter the building. I showed the cashier and he was as surprised as I was. He turned to ask the girls making sandwiches if they could remake mine, and one complained that there’s people that have been waiting for 10 minutes for their food.
That’s when I went from “everything is fine no worries” to “wow, they messed up my order and they’re putting the blame on me for coming in to get a replacement!?” I don’t like being a Karen so I ask for a refund if it’s a problem, but the cashier said he’d hop on and make it. I got the food and left… and they didn’t put bacon on it.
How hard is it to pay attention, especially when someone already came back to have the mistake fixed? Awful customer service, the place is going downhill fast, the food has been getting worse the last two months. Maybe it’s employee turnover, but I’m not going to go back. I’m done. There are three employees I used to see fairly often that did a great job, I don’t know if they left, but they were awesome.
At least the cashier made the effort to try today, but I’m over it. If I’m paying $12 for a sandwich, don’t rip me off and have a crap attitude about it. ✌🏻

Best sandwich shop in town I love the number 5 veto, price is great for what you get and the staff is super friendly and make sure to get your order correct every time
Parking: There's probably about a dozen spots on the property but they're never busy as they are very quick to make your sandwich much better than subway
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a few handicap parking spots as well as ramps to get up the curb and accessible front door

Vegetarian options: I ALWAYS order take out, from inside, on there best tasting #15 giant whole bun. It is the best tasting sub ever. Don't know where the tuna comes from, but tastes like fresh ocean fish. The veg's they put on it is so delightful, and so fresh. The employees are always smiling and so courteous . They take great pride in making you a perfect sandwich. The shop is always, so clean and wiped down.

I used maps to go to this location and I was taken to the middle of nowhere. I called the store and got directions from the worker there. I arrived and ordered one of their 16'' "favorites" the Hunter's Club. The menu displayed no additional cost for bacon, but did for other itemsi have a dairy allergy, so I asked for them to remove the cheese from my meal if there was any. What I received was a turkey club with cheese on it. When I asked them to remake it they claimed I had not said anything about the dairy allergy or cheese even though I specifically asked them to check the ingredients for dairy on an item. Highly unrecommended
