I used maps to go to this location and I was taken to the middle of nowhere. I called the store and got directions from the worker there. I arrived and ordered one of their 16'' "favorites" the Hunter's Club. The menu displayed no additional cost for bacon, but did for other itemsi have a dairy allergy, so I asked for them to remove the cheese from my meal if there was any. What I received was a turkey club with cheese on it. When I asked them to remake it they claimed I had not said anything about the dairy allergy or cheese even though I specifically asked them to check the ingredients for dairy on an item. Highly unrecommended

I tried the BHC one twice. First time, over 10 min to order. I ordered a sandwich and pasta salad. Sat at we did for another 10 min. Literally the only customer. Someone handed me the pasta salad. I asked for the rest of the order and a spoon or fork. "what order?" And "we don't have spoons or forks" Next time, no answer at the ordering site, so drive around to window. Again, I was the only customer on site. She rudely said "it will be at least 15 min until I take your order."

I’ve never really had a poor experience here until the most recent time. My food is always of good quality but I’m a little disappointed about the wait time I just experienced. I ordered on the app ahead of time and usually am able to pick up my food, get back to work and enjoy my lunch break. Well when I got to the drive thru, there wasn’t anyone ahead of me and I was told to look at the menu for a moment and they’ll get back to me. I waited about 5 minutes and then I was able to tell them that I just have a mobile order. I then waited 20 minutes in the actual drive thru at the window. The parking lot was empty, and even if there were copious amounts of online orders, you’d think I wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes additional to the 5 at the speaker, then also factoring in the time it took for me to arrive after placing my order. All of that would have been fine but I was also given attitude from the worker as if my order was an inconvenience to them. I just feel like with that recent experience, I’m okay without Jimmy John’s.

The girl at the window was rude taking our order. We waited in the drive thru for 20 mins, to get to the window and find out they are still baking bread.. our wait would be another 15 mins. 35 mins and no food. We ended up leaving. This location is awful. To top it off, the girl at the window didn't even apologize.

I Like their sandwiches but 40.86 for just 4? This is very expensive you can spend that for a full meal in a restaurant highly don't recommend this place so f you are looking for something cheap.

If you want the wrong sandwich twice and then an attitude when you ask for your money back, this is your spot. If you want what you ordered, the first time, in a timely and polite manner, find another destination for your grub. If anyone is looking to open a franchisee sub shop, look up MR. GOODCENTS. Delicious!!!
