I would give this place ZERO stars if possible. For no reason should your front counter hostess tell me 3 different times “be with you in a moment.” And continue to leave the front counter neglected for 15 minutes. No order could even be placed due to her simply ignoring customers up front. I’m very surprised by the lack of care she showed.

The food was really good, I got the BBQ dipped chicken and it was delicious. Also the management does a great job, I had and order that was wrong and the manager made it right. KFC is alot better than Popeyes.

I stopped there yesterday to place an order and I waited for five minutes because the person in charge of taking the order was outside and her treatment was bad.. I paid $67 there and the food was very stale. I will not come back again..

Fast and friendly service. Wish they offered jalapeo peppers. Very clean inside, very good dining in
The employees were audibly arguing and having disagreements while we were seated outside the window for takeout. The window was shut before we could get a word out and not only that but they completely botched our order. Left out an entire side, the sauces, and gave 2 pieces of chicken for the #4 meal. The only think decent about it was the speed, and clearly it wasn't well managed. Terrible service.

Workers seem to have sticks thoroughly lodged up their bums. People should not work in customer service if they can't put on a fake smile and loose their rude tone. There are plenty of food businesses going out of business around here. Might want to keep the customers you have. Management should think about who they're employing to deal with customers. Will not be returning to this location due to workers behavior/tone to customers.

Went thru the drive thru ordered 16 piece meal came home I received all thigh and drum stick no chicken wing and breast I called the manger Jacob he looked up the order and told me they had a rush and didn't have any breast didn't tell me they were out just sent me on my way with the wrong order and he knew it.
