Workers seem to have sticks thoroughly lodged up their bums. People should not work in customer service if they can't put on a fake smile and loose their rude tone. There are plenty of food businesses going out of business around here. Might want to keep the customers you have. Management should think about who they're employing to deal with customers. Will not be returning to this location due to workers behavior/tone to customers.

Went thru the drive thru ordered 16 piece meal came home I received all thigh and drum stick no chicken wing and breast I called the manger Jacob he looked up the order and told me they had a rush and didn't have any breast didn't tell me they were out just sent me on my way with the wrong order and he knew it.

Litterally forgot my sauces the whole reason I came to kfc. My whole night is ruined. She even read the sauces back to me. This whole town needs to get better. Very disappointed. And my food was cold. Don’t come here if you want to not be disappointed and check your bag before you leave because they clearly don’t have it together.

After looking at other reviews on maps , I was angry . I have never had a bad meal or bucket . So I went in and ordered an 8 pc . meal . And as usual got the best looking and chicken as always have . I'm thinking the people with these complaints ( with pics included are scamming for free meals or lawsuits ! Some people are out there looking for a free ride to anywhere . It's disgusting !!!

Out of Towner’s Beware! We ordered KFC through Uber eats, we had a long day on the water and we’re looking forward to our meal. We could follow our driver on the map app and he completely passed our address went to a completely different neighborhood and then finally returned with our food. Our food was wrong. We did not receive any of the sauces we ordered, our drinks we all wrong, our sides were wrong, and 1 of our meals that was supposed to be 2 chicken breast and 1 wing (which who cares about the wing) and we got 1 chicken breast a 3 wings( like they thought 2 wings would be a good substitute for a breast). So we called and asked to speak with the manager, the young man said it may be a few minutes, we are very busy. The manager comes on the phone and we explain the situation. He said he was sorry, but the best he could do is add us to a redemption list and he would replace the order if we come back in the next Two weeks. I told him we live out of town and we are leaving tomorrow could he give us a online gift card, and he said he’s sorry he can’t do that he can only put us on the list. So we wanted to make other visitors aware in the event you try to plan your meal this way that you may want to try something else.

Husband and I went to KFC yesterday evening and picked up a 12pc tenders bucket or box I should say with 3 sides and biscuits. The service was amazing however my tenders were luke warm at best and the only fresh items we received that was hot were our fries and mashed potatoes. I was a little stunned to find out this morning that our meal was $44 ?? $44 freaking dollars...WHAT!!! I was unaware of the total at the time of ordering because my husband ordered but I would have told him lets go elsewhere. anyways, yeah I understand inflation and blah blah blah but please explain to me why they think chicken tenders is worth $44. It's not a damn fancy steakhouse it's FAST FOOD for god sakes, it's supposed to be easy on the wallet but this, smfh I will be making my own tenders at home from now on. In my opinion the tenders weren't even a decent size, nor were the sides to pay $44 for it.
