The general manager Jeannette Serrano is unprofessional and mistreats her employees im a customer I have seen her make them cry blame them for her own personal mistakes on several occasions her customer service skills are by far the worst she puts a great act on while corporate is inside or present she treats customers rude argues and refuses to replace cold food and messed up orders the health department needs to inspect I got expired milk twice in a months and she told her employees to just change the stickers on the towel buckets instead of replacing the entire bucket in my opinion she is the worst general manager and should be secretly investigated because she's breaking many laws if this treatment continues it could further a lawsuit of how a employer mistreats staff and public I hope corporate knows I'm contacting them!!!I gave 1 star 🌟 for the review but she gets a 0

Not only has this location become incredibly overpriced, but it's also filthy. The place is an absolute pigsty. The staff clearly don’t know how to fulfill orders properly—if at all. I used the app, showed them the valid code on my phone, and was still told it was invalid. On top of that, every burger in the order was missing mac sauce. Completely unacceptable.

There were for of us, and we needed some help with the app and the kiosk, but not one employee offered to help or even acknowledge our presence. This seems to be a trend with most McDonald's as they give drive-thru customers priority. What a shame. We are all seniors who love McDonald's but not their service.

The prices are higher than other McDonald's, the dining room has so many flies and dead bugs, there was a group of people playing DnD when I first went in. The wifi is also SO slow that it's unusable.
