McDonald's has climbed the ladder in raising prices and lowered the standards of food quality. I don't know why we all keep going here can you place is that charges outrageous amounts of money and don't give us the quality and service that we deserve. How are the two meals, Big Mac meal and quarter pounder cheese meal. The buns for sale they were hard. The french fries were cold and the service sucked. Trying to get a manager's attention there is just unbelievably hard. And rude they are rude. Didn't have to wait for 15 minutes and they give you the same damn thing. Stale bread and cold fries. Now McDonald's has reached out to me a couple times. The first time they gave me multiple choice list to choose from what I wanted to tell them about. I told him about everything in this letter here that I wrote to you all. So I had to figure something out on their multiple choice then they write me and tell me we need more information what other information do you need McDonald's. Is it this hard for you guys to figure out when a store is doing bad?? I don't know how many times you're going to contact me but I know this last one you said if I didn't respond within 24 hours you're closing the case and sending me back to McDonald's to talk to a manager. This is not acceptable. Take responsibility McDonald's corporate. All of us Americans spend a lot of money here and all the other countries do too. Do what you're supposed to do. Take care of the customer. Back in the day the customer was always right. Now you question the customer like they're wrong. Not acceptable again.

It's always so chaotic in there. I try to stick to the drive thru option because of that. Other than that, there's nothing that makes this McDonald's stand out or be worse than others. The employees are always nice and efficient.

People are rude, slow, no communication... they pass you lile you dont exist when you wait for your food for 25mn and the manager is sitting in the dining room and doesnt seems to care much.... if I could put 0 star I would!!!!

Hands down the worst experience I've ever seen or had with McDonald's. Been 5 times. 3 times, no ice. 4 times messed up order. And every single time the wait is at least 15 minutes for food. The delivery person even said ( I hope it's right). It's quicker to go to Fort Mohave location.

This is the first time that I will be complaining about! Of all the McDonald's I've ever been to this had the most flies in the dining area (NO exaggeration). I understand that expensive items, I don't have to eat there but my girl likes them.
