This was the worst of the worst fried chicken I've ever had. The chicken was overcooked and dry and fried in dirty grease. I also got a fried apple pie that was also fried in dirty grease and instead of being crispy, was very dark, soft and old. I've always had delicious chicken at the location in palm desert, california, but moved to laughlin, nevada 2 months ago and was excited to find this location. What a surprise! Polar opposite experience and big disappointment- will never go back and do not recommend this place.

So they experience That I had was incredible. I told my wife I would pick up Popeyes chicken after I picked something up in Bullhead. My wife thought that I told her after she’s done running her errands to go pick up Popeyes chicken I get there and do my order I hear on the intercom, her name I went out there found out my wife is ordering the food too. I come back laughing and the manager behind the counter says don’t worry will refund you your money and will keep her order Without no hesitation, they said it will be a little bit longer gave us free drinks for waiting. Now I tell you both of us were ordering for 15 people so for them to take care of us like that was amazing. Thank you guys for your hard work!!! PS and it was busy that night 12/31/23 New Year’s Eve 6:00pm
Food was cold and we went back to get fresh chicken and was called a liar and treated like I was trying to get free food even though I brought the food back to have it replaced. There were three full trays of chicken sitting out and it was very slow. I'll never go back. Terrible customer service and the chicken tenders were tiny.

I don't even have the words to describe my disappointment tonight. I have ALWAYS enjoyed going to the Popeyes out here, over most the fast food places that we have. Tonight, however was a different story, I went to Popeyes as usual for some good ole fashioned CHEESY Mac and cheese, they were COMPLETELY out, which okay, I understand places run out of stuff no biggie. So, I looked over the menu and I seen they had garlic parmesan wings ? my second favorite thing, I went ahead and ordered a 6 piece wing, got my wings and wanted to cry, COLD, SOGGY PIECES OF CHICKEN DRENCHED IN WAAAAAY TOO MUCH SAUCE ? Definitely not a happy customer tonight. I know how it is to work in fast food and I know there's nights that can be hard, but come on guys cold soggy chicken? I don't know if I'll be coming back for awhile.

I visited this town on vacation...It was T.H.E. B.E.S.T. P.O.P.E.Y.E.S. store I've ever visited... It meets all the requirements of a restaurant, including the Fresh Crispy Fried Chicken, Cleanliness, Customer Service, and Speed... and S.H.A.W.N. was very friendly and made sure to take care my order. He is very helpful, and has a great disposition...More people should be like him! Whole staff here were great... Thanks Guys!!!You want fresh and hot, the only place guaranteed an applause.???????????????
