We love coming to Samurai. Its extremely hard to get ahold of anyone either the phone lines are always busy, or they never answer. The service isnt great. The waitress do not come back to see if you need anything else after initially taking first order. The food is great.. definitely recommend coming here

I do understand we came in an hour before closing but that is not luch of an excuse to forget two items we ordered. It was dissappointing. Nice bathrooms, the sushi rolls are very good portions. Prices are high but so is quality. The vibe was nice there was a birthday celebrated and they played

Not Sure what happened, but I've been to Samurai 6 times in the 3 months since we moved here. Food, Service, everything was Outstanding 5 stars everytime... until last week. My brother and his Wife were visiting from the east coast and we brought them here for dinner. The entire staff was different and everyone seemed a little lost. The Chefs I saw at other Teppan grills were also all different. Service was very slow. We had a full table and took 15 mins to get drinks, and another 15 went by before our orders were taken. Then it was 25 minutes before our Chef came over. Much slower than the normally well oiled machine of the previous staff. Then our Chef was very skilled at all the tricks and showmanship, but he overcooked all the seafood, and also served it before placing any Steaks or Chicken on the teppan. ?? normally the Chefs time it put so you get your veggies, and meal on your plate within a few minutes of eachother. It was just odd, and aside from overcooked seafood, the rest of the meal and show was very good. Just an odd order of cooking. The service was the OFF part. Way slow, unorganized and just way below the experience I have already had there many times before. I'm hoping it was an off night. Will definitely give them another chance because it's always been great with this exception.Just also hoping the original staff is not all gone. They had it down pat and you always left smiling

Soup was cold. No silverware provided. Smallpox portion of Ginger sauce after I had to flag down a server. Someone's birthday music was incredibly loud. Food portions we're small. I was craving teppanyaki and I had to sit in a regular booth. I was guaranteed the food coming from the kitchen was equal to the teppanyaki experience. I can't even remember the last time I refuse to leave a tip. Not even close to benihana
