Okay. I’ve been in customer service for 8 years. 5 which was food service and I was a manager. I ordered a 3 piece tender with tots and a drink as a MEAL. Well Jayden I believe tells me the total is 12.88. Which I find odd it’s 9.49 on the menu. So why $3 sales tax? I ask if he charged me for a meal or each item as he’s about to charge me and hand me my food which is in his hand. I see the receipt because he says idk, and they are charging me for each item. I ask him to fix it because I wanted a meal. “Well then I have to ring it up again with another receipt” okay than do it because it’s cheaper that way. So as he goes to open the door I hear “oh my god”Then as all the employees stare at me through the window he comes back out and says he needs to remake my food to print another ticket, mind you I have a 30 minute lunch and manage my own work place that I need to get back too. I say “you have to remake my food?” In a snarky tone yes but that’s because I’m so annoyed at this point. So I said you know what no I’m not doing this and leave. I have always gone to this sonic twice a month or so and lately the service has gone down hill. Wouldn’t recommend and they employees need to realize you don’t have to remake food if you’ve made it, just print out a new ticket and clear it off your board. So yeah I hope you get mad when you read this review.

Fast and efficient. Food is good, but has changed some. Corn dogs tasted more like microwaved instead of deep fried. Still not too bad for the special pricing of the day.Some things have gotten ridiculously priced.
The foot long coney dog was very good and filling. Lemonade was fresh and tasty. The person that brought my food out was very friendly. Keep up the good

Only Sonic in town & WILL NOT BE BACK!MEET Grace Lopez! This has got be the rudest and incorrect (WRONG) fast food worker out there.To start she does not know how to make a Blast. All the Blast I've bought I never questioned, complained or asked for one "just to be made over". I explained to female at window, "it taste just like ice cream without cookie. Can you add a little in or remake it?" She starts off, "No I don't think so. We can't take it back."So I told her, "It taste nothing like what they usually do. Now what?"And told her I "might not want the rest of my food ordered. Do you have a manager here?"She tells me, "yes but she's in the bathroom".....she could've just said, 'Sorry about that, if you park over to side, my manger is busy but I will have her come out.'......NO, that isn't what happened. I asked for the manager and then some squeaky rude girl with a really bad attitude comes to window an starts off "I made it myself there's cookie in there."then the exchange began ....bottom line....she was just plain RUDE, does not know what she is talking about.She told me over and over they will NOT make one over, will NOT take it back and will NOT refund me!Manager eventually showed up andwas nice enough to do all the things Grace Lopey said "they will NOT do".This person singlehandedly will ruin this business. There were ZERO cars or customers there for 30 minutes when we showed up. Then eventually 2 showed, which everytime I have been to this Sonic, it had business.If you are lacking business, this is why.Like I said, I will NOT be back!

Went today 10/26/23. Ordered 2 cream slush and a pickle fry. The pickle fry is new so we were excited to try. What a disappointment to get your bag handed to you and it stinks the entire car up with the smell of rancid grease / oil. I come from a fast food background and food industry experience. This was totally disgusting. And it smelled so bad that it made the flavor of the pickles taste like the smell. So gross. This location needs help with cleanliness and protocol for when to change oil and how. Or something. Gross

Got a chicken slider and taste like it went from frozen to a fryer. The meat was rubbery. Clicked the red button to get service and never heard anything for 10 to 15 minutes so had to go through the drive through to get service.

So just had a bite to eat here. Ordered the GF a Jr. Cheeseburger + bacon. Was informed that they didn’t have that and asked them if they had a Jr. Cheesebuger…yes….add bacon!I ordered a #2 combo meal with an unsweet tea. A bit of confusion on their part so you want a sweet & unsweet tea? No, just an unsweet tea.When we got our order the buns were cold, cheese not even melted on the patty because the patty wasn’t even hot enough.Won’t be going back!! 10-15-23 1:30 p.m.
