The baristas are friendly and always get my order just right. My go-to drink is the iced caramel macchiato — perfectly balanced with extra caramel drizzle .

*response- it was dark and I was in the drive thru. I'm a husband sent by a wife who literally reads the text to order her drink. I'm in a rush and not trying to wait for another drink after I inspect it. Thank you for the corporate reply though shows you care a lot.....

There's hardly anywhere to drive thru and get decent coffee in this town. When paying with a card, I am just so sick of the window staff telling me "IT'S going to ask you a question".🙄 No, they are asking me to tip! The card reader is not asking for the tip nor is "IT" asking for the tip. I would feel differently if my coffee was consistent (it's 50/50 if it's going to taste ok). Also if it did not take forever and I was not asked for the tip BEFORE service. And when I pay cash, window staff do not even hide their facial expressions IF they think I am not tipping.🤷🏾♂️🙄 Later I tip AFTER I get my order but many times that is not justified. All other Fast Food does not EXPECT a tip.....so Why am I tipping???

Very rude I was trying to order cake pops for my 2 kids and was snapped at by two employees at 8:30 am January 24th 2025. I've been here before wanting to order tea and was snapped off at my an employee. I don't see how hard it is to hire employees who aren't perks.

It took 15 min to get through the drive thru. If the barista would have acknowledged the wait and apologized I probably wouldn’t post this low rating but he had terrible customer service. 🥹
Everything we got was gold but I definitely wasn’t happy finding a hair in my frappachino and the only Reason why I knew it was ours was because it was a blonde hair and the girl that took our order had blonde hair but it was closing time so we didn’t bother but just Threw my drink away

Got pulled over so I pulled right in the handicap spot upfront because I did have handicap plates on and I got out of my ticket also so thank you Starbucks and all the people that was driving by saying don’t give him a ticket please thank you also she did not give me a ticket
