I keep giving them chances and feel like maybe it will get better, but the service is so slow and every time my order is wrong and I have to wait even longer. I am not one to complain, but I feel like this location gives Starbucks a reputation.
So yes I waited 20 minutes in the drive through but I'm from Vegas so I am use to the wait. Tried the Cold brewed for the first time. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable. They aren't making Cascara lattes, bummed about that.

It's not employees fault but Starbucks got sneaky cheap. If you ask for a Tall you now receive a short coffee. If you ask for Grande it now comes in the tall cup. Time to give up Starbucks as the size is smaller and prices have doubled.
