This subway sucks!!! I ordered online. I was told to pick it up at 1:10 pm. The employee lady was in a horrible mood when I was there to pick it up. She was very snotty and rude. When I asked if the bag behind the desk was an online order, she snapped at me and said, Excuse me! There's other customers ahead of you! Of course I got rude back, because who would'nt? I had already been waiting 10 minutes to get it. She could have been nice. Then she pretty much threw my bag of sandwiches at me. Ordering online was the mistake. Horrible. Ill never order through the app again, and I'll never go to this subway again.

The woman working there on Wednesday 6/18 at noon was extremely rude and I would have never tipped her had I not ordered in the app. Sorry you hate your life and your miserable but if you don't like your job get another one.

Mother's Day just wanted to say thank you to the associates working the closing shift, I lost track of time and walked in 5 minutes before closing and still took my order, which is unusual for this location.

Good timing and food plus friendly service and always clean I went today around 4pm and both the girls did an amazing job and even gave me very good suggestions the subs were amazing amazing 👏

Stopped in with my family to grab food for our road trip & Danielle there was soo sweet! She accommodated us very well for our road trip & put smiles on our babies faces when awarding them cookies for being patient. The environment was very clean and comforting. My family & I walked out with smiling & happy, I highly recommend this subway in Bullhead city, Arizona. Thank you & nice meeting you Danielle! ☺️

I placed a mobile order and arrived at the Subway in Bullhead City, Arizona, to pick it up. When I walked in, there was one customer being helped by an associate, and what I assume was the manager (Danielle) sitting at a table doing paperwork. My order was ready on the counter.
Before touching my food, I wanted to wash my hands, so I asked the manager if there was a code for the restroom. Instead of a polite response, she immediately told me the restrooms were for customers only, without even checking if I was a paying customer. I had to clarify that I had placed a mobile order, after which she provided the code.
This interaction was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary, especially considering my order was visibly ready for pickup. When I returned from the restroom, I let her know I was unhappy with her initial response. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
I expect better professionalism and courtesy from employees, especially those in a management position. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope the store addresses this to ensure future customers are treated with respect.

I guess it's hard to find good help these days & this location proves that. Never had a more difficult time ordering & communicating with anyone as we did on this visit. It doesn't appear that management is paying attention to the inept employees that could barely make the sandwich as I stood there ordering. It wasn't a language barrier it was comprehension skills. This location used to be the best one in town, but not anymore. We definitely won't be back.

I ordered a meatball marinara online and when it was delivered to me the driver was informed the toaster was down. I can't believe they let this walk out the door - have you ever had a cold meatball sandwich? cheese not melted and cold meatballs?? they should just temporarily remove this from the online menu until they have all the tools they need to create a somewhat quality sandwich.
