They are not at all welcoming there was this white lady with glasses and i asked her for around 10 diablo and she gave me 2 after asking it twice she gave me other 2 sachets of the sauce and shut the window on us . If they are trying to save money i would rather buy it but very disappointed as asking twice for one thing still don’t get it . Improve your customer service rather complaining about customers not tipping .

Ok i NEVER feel a need to give a fast food restaurant a good review bc let's face it, they are usually doing the bare minimum IF THAT. HOWEVER BRYAN DESERVES GOLD STARS AND A RAISE! THIS MAN DIDNT MISS A BEAT AND REALLY IMPRESSED ME TODAY. HE WAS ALL OVER THE STORE WORKING HARD AND GIVING HIS ALL TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE. I WAS IMMEDIATELY IMPRESSED WITH HOW HE HANDLED ORDER TAKING, BUT THEN WHEN WE GOT TO THE WINDOW TO WAIT FOR OUR FOOD I WAS EVEN MORE IMPRESSED SEEING HUM RUN AROUND THE STORE GETTING EVERYTHING DONE WHILE STILL GIVING 10 STAR ATTENTION TO THE PEOPLE AT THE ORDERING PODEM IN THE FRIVE THRU. I CANNOT DAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT WHAT I EXPERIENCED TODAY IN THIS STORE! Bryan works hard and is so polite and knows his stuff! My family and I had a bad experience at another location, and Tyler the manager fixed the problem and made it right. The timing for waiting on the food was given out in about 5 min max. Tyler has great customer service and the food was real good. Tyler runs a fantastic team, thanks for you and your teams service. I would recommend this location to everyone!!! 🤗😎 He even hooked my family and I up with some free tickets for tacos!!! 😁

Absolutely shameful how little they put in the tacos, not worth what I paid for it at all, by far the least I've ever seen. There's other taco bells, & if I choose to eat at another it will not be that one
