Wow bad management all the way around. Out of Baja blast and the drive thru cashier has the nerve to say that customer are stupid and should expect the most popular drink to be out of product. Then suggest to get it a lot the store on sale. Then I returned later and same employee is talking to customer about six inch tortillas and staring that the customers are dumb because they have to explain the items they can and can't get ... How is anyone of it the customers fault? Sickening. He needs an evaluation

One time I went here and I swear they overloaded my burrito with onions cause I asked no onions more than once and I guess it bothered then , taco bell is trash except for the weird beans and cheese burritos for some reason I like those and double Decker tacos that they brought back.

I usually never do this but .. if I could give a 0 i would .. I don’t think Sandra understood the assignment! I did a nobile order and it was messed up due to the the mobile app .. not her fault .. I asked if could just add add the missing items and she said o would have to wait in line it takes 5 minutes .. no cars was behind me.. and she insisted on telling me I paid and had to take I told her repeatedly I was ok and had to take it ! I’ve never had suck horrible service I was ok with paying the difference I was explaining can she just add the items because it was the same items just charge me different I believe. She just wanted to make It difficult for no reason.. Hope She has a better day

Me and my husband came through the drive thru on Tuesday and the lady with brown hair with pink highlights who was working the drive thru was very disrespectful we ask for a minute and she was very impatient who ever the manager is needs to talk to this lady I don’t know her name she wasn’t wearing her name tag.
