What an amazing job and family this is!! They helped make my parents 50th Anniversary so memorable. The guest are still raving about the awesome food.... especially the Mac salad. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Very professional, friendly, and down right talented at what they do. Everything tasted so good and was just perfect. They connected with all us through out the evening. I couldn't of asked for a better team to pull off such an important event!! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!!

This was our first time eating at Rolling J's. I had the chicken teriyaki bowl and my husband had the steak teriyaki bowl. They were so full, that we have leftovers for dinner. The macaroni salad was delicious. Not to much mayonnaise. Chris was very polite. Really wanted to try the cookies but they were sold out. So that's not a negative you means they are yummy. Will eat at this food truck again.
