Ordered and got pizza on 10 oct 24. Received 3 "have you claimed your emergency pizza yet". Went to dominos to get help. No one (2 people) could help. Mgr called her Mgr. Too bad, his day off. Go ahead, make it complex so people will go else where. Would be so simple to show email on phone and say "yes, I want to redeem my free emergency pizza" and worker says how would you like this, sir? But what do I know about business and making money. Hope other people see this.

Don't eat here. I got so ill from eating here, vomiting and migraines.
The 2 stars are for the manager's willingness to refund our money.We ordered the NY pizza w extra cheese n toppings .Having lived in NY,we were looking forward to trying this new pizza.It was awful! No sauce,burnt bottom,no extra cheese.It was cold and cardboard like.I hope they do better in the future.But,we won't order from there again.
My sister and I ordered a vegetarian pizza with banana peppers . It was with a white sauce and was exceptional!Quite tasty and full of delightful veggies!

Not sure why I keep thinking my experience will improve but it just never does. The food is inconsistent....what was good two days ago is less than satisfactory today & we are always overcharged. Coupon includes specific items for a set price ends up at a much higher price. A package deal for about $25 becomes $45 upon arrival. Something advertised as free with the package deal is billed out at full price. When you bring it to driver's attention, he discounts it to half price! What? Coupon shows it's added to the deal for free...how does charging half price fix that? Not only is their medicre food inconsistent & over priced but they think we're stupid too!
