I haven't been here in years because of how terrible it was. My wife, son and I went yesterday and it was completely different. Food was nice and hot. The employees were very polite and answered my questions. Our order was correct and very delicious. Thank you to the new team you have there now.

Made my order at 2:50pm, just one thin crust pepperoni pizza.. called over twenty minutes later when I noticed the tracker said my pizza had been in prep the entire time. Was told it’d be out the door in the next 15 minutes later.. a whole hour after my order was placed I call again and the person was rude as if I was a bother to be calling again over 30 minutes after I was told my pizza would be on its way in 15 minutes.. here we are at 3:55pm and still not delivery when the tracker says the driver left the store at 3:36… LAST time I order pizza from them Cristy’s just gained a new customer forget Dominos

not sure how this place has a 3.8… they’re hardly ever busy but yet never answer the phone. have sat outside the building calling to see if they were gonna answer and never did. tried calling more than 2 times and even on different phones. if not wanting to answer the phone then why have the job. someone should definitely be talking to whoever the higher up is.

Ordered and got pizza on 10 oct 24. Received 3 "have you claimed your emergency pizza yet". Went to dominos to get help. No one (2 people) could help. Mgr called her Mgr. Too bad, his day off. Go ahead, make it complex so people will go else where. Would be so simple to show email on phone and say "yes, I want to redeem my free emergency pizza" and worker says how would you like this, sir? But what do I know about business and making money. Hope other people see this.
