Not sure why I keep thinking my experience will improve but it just never does. The food is inconsistent....what was good two days ago is less than satisfactory today & we are always overcharged. Coupon includes specific items for a set price ends up at a much higher price. A package deal for about $25 becomes $45 upon arrival. Something advertised as free with the package deal is billed out at full price. When you bring it to driver's attention, he discounts it to half price! What? Coupon shows it's added to the deal for free...how does charging half price fix that? Not only is their medicre food inconsistent & over priced but they think we're stupid too!

We thought we'd try again after a long while, hoping for change. But extra charge means $13.99 for *small* crust and no vegan cheese provided here with poor excuse. It only takes a separate container, so simple. We sighed once again, mistakeningly thinking you had grown; ah, just tricks, no good treats. ☠ How nice then to return to a compassionate, modestly-priced, delicious, nutritious MOD Pizza and grocery options territory. Pizza was fine, what you would expect. The girl who was working the register seemed stressed and was barely polite.
I was impressed, toppings were generously spread on my medium pizza, excellent quality of veggies, service was fast and delivered hot. Thanks Dominoes?What happened? I order roadside pick up and I waited and waited until I decided to walk in and get my order. The manager notes this and stated he was sorry, I should get the pizza free but instead( bc I had already paid) he placed a notice in store that I can be delivered a free pizza ( I paid for delivery charge) only to have the delivery driver pulled over by the cops 500 feet from my motel.?wth?Needless to say, I never went back after nearly 17 years of patronage. ( cottonwood AZ) sigh face?And...No, I did not get the pizza...

I’m not one to normally review a business poorly and my standards are not at all high, however my experience with this Domino’s has been awful time after time. They have messed up my order every single time. When I’ve called to mention it after arriving home and realizing, they simply tell me there is nothing they can do about it but that I’m welcome to drive back so they can fix it. No refund for sauces I ordered and didn’t receive, no apologies, nothing. I won’t go on and on. Customer service has simply gone extremely down hill.
